Process for the production of plastics, such as synthetic wood, artificial stone, etc. The invention relates to a process for the production of plastics, such as artificial, stone, synthetic wood and the like. The method is characterized in that a filler is added to a mixture of chlorine magnesium solution with burnt magnesite, whereupon a plastic mass is created by simple stirring, which is brought into the shape of the object to be manufactured without pressure and heat and an up to is left to itself for two days.
In detail, the procedure is, for example, that to prepare the Chlorma, Magnesium solution, Chlornla, Gnesium is dissolved in neutral water and this solution is left to stand until it is completely clear, which is generally two to three days lasts.
The fillers and colors are added to the said mixture; If, for example, artificial marble or similar stones are to be produced, the mixture is mixed with dried, sieved sand. The additions of color take place depending on the drawing, the marble to be produced and the desired end weave. ' There are earth and metal colors into consideration.
This mixture is well stirred and results in a plastic mass that, when it comes to the production of panels for cladding walls, i.e. objects of a certain shape, is placed in a frame with a smooth, polished floor . In this framework, the plates are left to look for about one to two days.
After this time has elapsed, i.e. without applying pressure and heat, the panels are ready and can simply be removed from the frame by tilting them over.
If it is about: the shape of certain objects of daily use, such as ornaments, pillars, stairs or decorative objects for building and other purposes, then one can: the plastic mass not in: the frame, but straight away in the appropriate, suitable forms . fill, and so one obtains the ready-to-use object, made of stone with all the advantages of the material that were specified above. If it is a question of the production of wood substitute, it can be proceeded in such a way that one enters finely chopped wood pulp, such as sawdust, wood flour, peat meal and the like, into the said mixture, with the addition of any desired colors.
For example, if you want to make a substitute for ebony, you will add a black color. Earth and metal colors are also possible here. The further treatment of the resulting plastic mass is carried out in the same way as for the production of stones, depending on the end use, by painting in frames. or when it comes to certain objects, by filling them into forms.

This mixture is stirred well and then either painted in a frame, if plates are to be made, or otherwise shaped.
The amount remains in the frame or in the mold for one to two days and is then completely ready for use. 2 ?. Production of artificial granite 1 kg of magnesium solution of 25 to 33 B6 is mixed with 1 to 1% kg of burnt magnesite and then 3 kg of smeared mortar and 2.5 to 3 kg of coarse sand are added to this mixture.
The mass is then: then, after the desired color has also been mixed in, thoroughly kneaded and otherwise treated as under 1. 3. Manufacture of synthetic wood 1 kg of the chlorine magnesium solution from 25 to 33 B6 with 1 kg of burnt magnesite is mixed with 1 kg of sawdust or wood flour and mixed well after adding the desired color. Otherwise, the same procedure is used with this mixture as with 1 and 2.
The end products produced according to the examples meet the highest demands placed on natural substances and even exceed them in several ways. These end products are absolutely workable, of unlimited duration, completely protected from the effects of the weather, fireproof and waterproof. yes, even not or only slightly vulnerable to chemicals. Finally, it should be emphasized that these products have unusually low manufacturing costs.
