Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt der Teerfarbenindustrie, das 2-Diäthylamino-4-amino-6-p-oxy-naphthyT -1, 3, 5-triazin, .
erhält, wenn man das Konden sationsprodukt aus einem Molekül Cyanur- halogenid, einem Molekül Diäthylamin und einem Molekül Ammoniak auf a-Naplithol, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Kondensa- tionsmitteln und von Verdünnungsmitteln, einwirken .lässt. Das 2-Diäthylamino-4-amino- 6 p-oxy-naphthyl-l, 3,
5-triazin bildet ein hellgelbes Pulver; es löst. sich in Ätzalkalien mit gelber, in konzentrierter iSchwefelsäure und braungelber Farbe. Es ist ein wertvolles Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farb stoffen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 20,1 Teile des bei<B>77-78'</B> schmelzenden Kondensationsproduktes aus einem Molekül Cyanurchlorid, einem Molekül Diäthylamin und einem Molekül Ammoniak werden zu sammen mit 17 Teilen a-Naphthol in 500 Teilen Tetrachloräthan gelöst. Nach Zusatz von 20 Teilen Aluminiumchlorid wird meh- rere Stunden auf 140' unter Rühren erhitzt. Das Lösungsmittel wird mit Wasserdampf abgetrieben, der Rückstand mit verdünnter Salzsäure ausgekocht, abgetrennt und in Na tronlauge aufgenommen.
Durch Zusatz von Kochsalz fällt das Natronsalz des 2-Diäthyl- amina-4-amino-6-p-oxy-naphthyl-l, 3"5-triazin aus. Durch Lösen des Natronsalzes in Was ser und Ausfällen mit Essigsäure erhält man das freie Triazin in Form von hellgelben Flocken.
