Verfahren zum Reinigen von Wäsche und Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Reinigen von Wäsche und eine Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens.
Gemäss dem Verfahren wird die in einem Behälter befindliche Wäsche derart dem Einfluss eines mit Öffnungen versehenen Druckkörpers und einer mit Bezug auf den Druckkörper beweglichen und über demselben angeordneten Platte, welche die genannten Öffnungen zu überdecken imstande ist, ausgesetzt, dass beim Bewegen des Druck körpers in Richtung gegen das Waschgut die auf dem Druckkörper liegende Platte ab gehoben wird, so dass die Waschflüssigkeit nach oben entweichen kann, während beim Zurückgehen des Druckkörpers die in dem selben vorgesehenen Öffnungen durch die genannte Platte verschlossen werden, wo durch unterhalb des Druckkörpers die Va kuumbildung zwecks Ansaugens neuer Wasch flüssigkeit begünstigt wird.
Die Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Ver fahrens weist einen mit Öffnungen versehe- nen Druckkörper auf, über dem eine Platte mit Bezug auf den Druckkörper verschiebbar angeordnet ist, welche Platte von solcher Grösse gewählt ist, dass sie die im Druck körper vorgesehenen Öffnungen überdeckt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele von Vorrichtungen zur Ausübung des Verfährens gemäss der Erfin-. dung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch die Vorrich tung gemäss dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel in der einen, und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch die nämliche Vorrichtung in der andern Arbeitsstellung, Fig. 3 eine Ansicht der Vorrichtung ge mäss dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel an einem Waschzuber angebracht, Fig. 4 einen Vertikalschnitt durch die Vorrichtung gemäss dem zweiten Ausfüh rungsbeispiel.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach .den Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 das die Waschflüssigkeit und die zu reinigende Wäsche enthaltende Gefäss bezeichnet. In dem Gefäss 1 sind zwei runde Platten 2 und 3 vorgesehen, die über einander angeordnet sind. Die Platte 3 ist in bezug auf den Druckkörper 2 vertikal und durch Bolzen 15 begrenzt beweglich an- geordnet. Der Druckkörper 2 besitzt eine kreisrunde Einbuchtung 2', die mit in Ab ständen voneinander angeordneten Öffnun gen 4 versehen ist. Diese Öffnungen sind in bezug auf die Platte 3 derart angeordnet, dass sie von der Platte 3 vollständig über deckt werden können. Der Druckkörper 2 besitzt auf seinem Umfange eine Abschrä- gung 2", deren Zweck später beschrieben ist.
Die Platte 3 besitzt eine zentrale Ausneh- mung 4, durch die der Pressstempel 6 hin durchgeführt ist, dessen eines Ende mit denn Druckkörper 2 verbunden ist.
Gemäss dem Verfahren wird bei Druck auf den Druckkörper 2 in Richtung des Pfeils (Fig. 1) auf den Behälterinhalt ein Druck ausgeübt. Dadurch hat. die in dem Behälter 1 befindliche Waschflüssigkeit das Bestreben, durch die in dem Druckkörper 2 vorgesehenen Öffnungen nach oben zu drin gen; sie hebt dabei die Platte 3 von dem Druckkörper 2 ab und die durehgepresste Waschflüssigkeit ergiesst sich von neuem auf die im Behälter befindliche Wäsche. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass das Waschgut nicht das Bestreben hat, seitlich auszuweichen; es lässt sich auf diese Weise leicht pressen und walken.
Wird der Druckkörper 2 im Sinne des Pfeils (Fig. 2) bewegt, so legt sieh die Platte 3 auf denselben und schliesst dadurch die Öffnungen 4 ab, so dass sich unterhalb des Druckkörpers 2 ein Vakuum bildet, durch das eine Lockerung des Waschgutes und ein Tränken desselben mit Waschflüssigkeit be wirkt wird, die von aussen angesaugt wird.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 ist der Druckkörper 2 mit dem einen Ende der Druckstange 6 verbunden, deren anderes Ende an dem Handhebel 7 angelenkt ist, der mit dem Halter 9 gelenkig verbunden ist. Der Halter 9 ist an einem Waschzuber befestigbar. Durch Betätigung des Hand hebels 2 kann das im Waschzuber 1 befind liche Waschgut bearbeitet werden.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 ist das dem Druckkörper 2 abgekehrte Ende der Druckstange 10 mit einem Wassermotor 12 verbunden, der auf den Deckel 11 auf- gesetzt ist. Um eine intensive Zirkulation der Waschflüssigkeit herbeizuführen, ist ein Einsatzbehälter 5 vorgesehen, in dem die zu reinigende Wäsche eizigelegt wird. Der Ein satzbehälter 5 besitzt geringeren Durchmesser als dis Gefäss 13; er ist sowohl an seinem Boden, wie auch an seinem Umfange mit Öffnungen 14 versehen, die der Lauge den Durchtritt gestatten. Die Arbeitsweise der Vorrichtung ist die nämliche wie beim erst beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel.
Durch die im Druckkörper vorgesehene Einbuchtung wird erreicht, dass beim Zu rückgehen des Druckkörpers ein Festklemmen von allfällig in die Öffnungen 4 eingedrun genen Wäscheteilen verhindert wird. Die Abschrä.gung des Druckkörpers bewirkt. ein Angleiten der Wäschestücke, die sich in der Nähe des Druckkörpers befinden.
Die Vorrichtung könnte auch anders als beschrieben ausgebildet sein, ohne dass da durch das Wesen der Erfindung beeinträch tigt würde.

In the embodiment according to .den Fig. 1 and 2, 1 denotes the vessel containing the washing liquid and the laundry to be cleaned. The indentation provided in the pressure body ensures that when the pressure body goes back, any items of laundry that may have penetrated the openings 4 are prevented from jamming. The bevel of the pressure hull causes. a sliding of the laundry items that are in the vicinity of the pressure hull.
