Wellenlagerung.
Shaft bearing. The present invention relates to a position tion rotating shafts BEZW. Spindles, which are used with advantage on Sertiermaschinen or similar precision machines from watchmaking with relatively fast rotating shafts.
The subject matter of the invention is characterized in that the bore of the bearing body has two mutually inclined conical surfaces in which the shaft is rotatably mounted with corresponding surfaces of rotation, one of the latter being supported by a sleeve rotating with the shaft but axially displaceable on it is formed, on which an elastically acting means presses in the axial direction, which on the other hand acts in the axial direction on the shaft, so that the two conical surfaces of the shaft and the sleeve rest against their conical bearing surfaces, whereby an automatic centering and readjustment of the shaft in the bore of the bearing body takes place.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown in section. In the drawing, 1 denotes the bearing body, for. B. a headstock, and 2 the rotating spindle. 16 is a lubrication hole. The front end of the spindle 2 has a head 3 which is intended to receive a workpiece, while the drive on the rear. End of the spindle takes place. The bore of the bearing body has two conical surfaces 4, 5, in which the spindle with corresponding surfaces of rotation 6 respectively. 7 is rotatably mounted. The surface of revolution 7 is formed by a sleeve 8 which is axially displaceable on a cylindrical part of the spindle is arranged, but rotates with the latter by a screw pin 9 of the sleeve engages in a longitudinal groove 10 of the spindle.
A slotted adjusting ring 11 is screwed onto a threaded part of the spindle 2 and clamped in place by means of a screw 12. This adjusting ring forms a stop for the sleeve B. A sleeve 13 loose on the spindle is continuously pressed against the rear end of the bizchse 8 under the action of a helical spring 14, while this spring 14 is supported on the other hand against an adjusting ring 15 screwed onto the spindle 2 The result is that the spindle 2 is pressed with its surface 6 against the surface 4 and the sleeve 8 with its surface 7 against the surface 5, whereby an automatic readjustment of the spindle takes place when the rotating surfaces 4 and 6 wear.
Instead of a spring 14 could be in the sleeve 13 z. B. compressed air or another elastic cal medium act under pressure in the same way.
