Description

  

  Dispositif de fermeture étanche de récipient.    L'objet de l'invention est un     dispositif        d,     fermeture     étanche    -de récipient, en     particulier     de récipient     dit    emballage métallique, tel que  fût, bidon, boîte pour produits     chimiques,     alimentaires, etc.  



  Il est     caractérisé    par une collerette     faisant     saillie à l'extérieur autour de     l'orifice    à fer  mer du récipient et allant extérieurement en  s'évasant à partir de sa base, ainsi que par  un obturateur unique dont une partie inté  rieure s'ajuste exactement à l'intérieur de la       collerette    pour fermer l'orifice de façon  étanche et dont un rebord est rabattu sur la       partie    extérieure de la collerette, où il est  solidement retenu par suite de la forme éva  sée donnée extérieurement à cette collerette.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dis  positif.  



  La     fig.    1 est une coupe verticale axiale  partielle d'un récipient auquel cette     forme     d'exécution est appliquée;  La     fig.    2 est une coupe     verticale    partielle  à grande     échelle    de la forme     d'exéeutiou        ci-          dgsgt1S:          u.       Le récipient métallique     partiellement    in  diqué à la     fig.    1 a une section transversale  rectangulaire ou ronde et présente dans son  fond supérieur<I>a</I> une ouverture circulaire<I>a'</I>  que le dispositif doit fermer.  



  Tout autour de l'ouverture ai se trouve  une collerette b dont la face extérieure     b1    est  tronconique et va en s'évasant de bas en haut,  tandis que sa face- intérieure     b2    est cylin  drique.  



  L'obturateur unique c a la forme d'une  cuvette à paroi cylindrique s'ajustant à frotte  ment dur dans la partie cylindrique     b2    de la  collerette b pour fermer l'orifice a' de façon  étanche. Il est .muni d'un rebord annulaire       c --c'    en L couché dont la partie     c2    s'ap  plique sur la partie     b3    de la collerette et dont  la partie externe     c',        primitivement    cylindri  que, est     rabattue    par     sertissage    sur la face     b'     de cette collerette,

   si bien qu'elle prend une  forme conique et     maintient        solidement    l'ob  turateur en place.  



  Pour     faciliter    le     sertissage    ou l'enlève  ment de l'obturateur c, la     partie        c'    de sou  rebord peut être     cfénelée,         L'ouverture du récipient peut avoir une  forme différant de la     forme    .circulaire et être,  par exemple, ovale.  



  De récipient peut ne     pas    être un récipient  dit emballage métallique.
