38 anbeclriickt.
Erst nach dem infolge der Umkehrbewegung der Glocke die 'Welle 15 in entgegengesetzter Richtung sich zti drehen beginnt, achwingt der Hebel 43 auf die andere Seite und bewegt den Schieber 34 vom Finger 31 Herunter, worauf der Kontakthebel ?7 den Kontakt 35, 37 schliesst:. Infoledc;
Device for driving church bells. The invention relates to a device for driving full church bells, in which a magnetic switch of a controllable electric motor is turned on in the circuit of a control switch, which is switched on by the 1i movement movement of the bell from alternately fair both directions of rotation itself.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is provided.
Fig. 1 shows the circuit diagram of the same, _ Fig. 2 is a side view of the control switch, and Fig. 3 is a view from the left of FIG.
On the axis 1 of the bell 2 sits a sprocket 3, which is driven by means of a chain 4 alternately in both directions of rotation by a reversible electric motor 5. A magnetic switch 6 is included in the circuit of the electric motor 5, which via lines 7, 8 and 9 connects to a control switch 1.0, the circuit of which can be closed and opened by a manual switch 11. The control switch 10 is operated by a chain gear 12, - 13, 14 from the motor axis. The shaft 15 of the chain wheel 14 carries a control disk 18 between two friction plates 16 and 17 so that it can rotate loosely.
The friction plate 17 is axially displaceable and is supported by a spring 19 against an adjusting ring to the. Control disk 18 pressed, in turn on the. Rei application plate 16 rests so that it is taken along when turning the shaft 15 back and forth until two on one end face standing stop pins 20, 21 on one or aildern side of a perpendicular under the shaft 15 on a bearing 22 of the same all ordered Alisclilages 23 toast.
In order to regulate the angle of rotation of the control disk 18 and thus the size of the drive angle in each direction of rotation of the bell axis, the pins 20 and 21 can be inserted into several holes 24 of the control disk arranged in a circle so that they will sooner or later hit the stop 23 to meet. The control disk 18 is provided on the one end with a sliding edge 25 extending approximately over half the circumference and on the other end with just such a sliding edge 26.
In the vertical center plane of the control disk, two two-armed contact levers 2 ″ c and 28 are arranged vertically to the vertical axial plane of the shaft 15. Each contact lever drives a sliding roller 29 and 30, respectively, of which one is on the edge 5 and the other is on the Edge? 6 can run.
The contact levers 7 and 28 are flexible on the arm carrying the castors and each have a finger 31 and a sideways protruding finger on each arm. 3? on. A locking slide 34 is arranged above the contacs 27 and 28, each of which is pressed against the relevant sliding edge of the control disk by a spring 33 with its sliding roller.
The length of the same is smaller than the distance between the fingers 31 and 32, so that when the slide with its one end over one of the fingers 31 or 32 Breift and thus the relevant contact lever locks, the other end of the slide next to your other finger and therefore wearing the same releases the contact lever.
If the role of the released contact lever is on the relevant edge of the control disk 18, it will be a contact ä5 or. 36 tra- <-ende end to a mating contact 37 respectively. 38 clicked. In the middle of the slide 31, a z-arm,
A lever 40 rotatable about a vertical pin 39. -At the same on the shaft 15 between two friction rings 41 and 42 loosely rotatable ble lever 43 is articulated. The same - is clamped between the friction rings 41 and 42 by the action of a spring 4 = 1, so that at the beginning of a new direction of rotation of the M'elle 15, caused by the reverse movement of the bell,
is rotated. As a result, the slide 34 is moved in the opposite direction to the lever 1-3, so that the one contact lever 27 or 28 locking end of the finger 31 respectively. 32 is moved down, thus releasing the relevant contact love, which then closes the two-time contact.
The mode of operation of the described device for driving a church bell is as follows:
According to Fig.? is in the right position of the bell the control disk 18 in such a position that the roller 3 () rests on your edge 26, while the roller 29 with the edge? 5, whose lower end is apart from that of the bovine 26, is out of touch. The slide 3I blocks the contact lever 7 and releases the contact lever 28.
Accordingly, the contact 35, 37 is open, the one 36, 38 dzibcgeli closed. When the manual switch 11 is closed, the motor 5 rotates the control disk 18 and the C * lock axis 1 in the direction of the arrow a. With the beginning of this @ rehbc-vcgung, the lever 43 strives to push the slide 3-- to the right (Fig. 2), but this is prevented by the finger 31.
As soon as the roller 30 rolls under the edge? 6, the contact charm 28 opens the contact 36: 38, whereby the current is interrupted. Before this, the roller 29 rolls onto the edge 25. The contact love 27 is, however, blocked by the slide 34 and the felt device 31, so it cannot yet close the contact 35, 36.
Only after the shaft 15 begins to rotate in the opposite direction as a result of the reverse movement of the bell, the lever 43 swings to the other side and moves the slide 34 down from the finger 31, whereupon the contact lever? 7 closes the contact 35, 37: . Infoledc;
@li the electric motor receives a slronlimxluls in the new direction of rotation until the edge?) leaves the roller 29. Shortly beforehand, the edge 26 runs onto the roller 30, which, contrary to the action of the spring 33 pressing on the locked lever 8 from below, acts under ssieoung von 28:
s is moved. As soon as the reversal movement of the Orloixhe starts again, who pushes the levers 4 3 and 40 the slide 34: again on the other side, -which is released by the lever 28 and that 27-again blocks. The contact 36, 38 is closed again and the motor drives the bell in the new direction of movement.
The size of the rotational movement of the control disk 1ä and thus also the size of the drive angle on the bell axis can be regulated by adjusting the pins 20 and 21 by the rotation angle of the control disk from pin 20 respectively. 21 is changed up to the stop 23. This makes it possible to drive bells of various sizes with Bleich large motors by selecting the appropriate drive duration.
Compared to known electrical bell drives rule, the device described and shown has the advantage that the power line led directly to the electric motor and this can be switched on and off remotely by a low-voltage line, which he achieved considerable savings in power lines.
