Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem gelben Küpenfarbstoff von vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften gelangt, wenn man das Naphtsulta.m-3 . 4 - phenazin, das man durch Kondensation von Oxynaphtsultam- ehinon und 1 .2-Diamino-4-methylbenzol er halten kann, mit 2.3-Dichlor-1.4-naphto- cliinon in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels erhitzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 3,2 Teile des Naphtsultam-3 . 4-phena.zins, das durch Kondensation von Oxynaphtsultam- chinon und 1 . 2-Diamino-4-methylbenzol dar gestellt werden kann, 2,3 Teile 2 . 3-Dichlor- 1.4-na@phtochinon, 2 Teile entwässertes Na triumacetat und 80 Teile Nitrobenzol werden zwei Stunden auf 140 bis<B>150'</B> erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten wird der kristallinische abge schiedene Farbstoff abgesaugt. Er färbt die tierische oder pflanzliche Faser, z. B.
Baum wolle, aus der Hydrosulfitküpe in klaren, grünstichig-gelben, chlor- und seifenechten Tönen.
