Abstract
L'invention concerne une soupape de nettoyage destinée à nettoyer un dispositif de distribution de boisson. La soupape de nettoyage peut comprendre un corps de soupape ayant une ouverture de soupape, un levier de soupape accouplé au corps de soupape et conçu pour déplacer le corps de soupape entre une position de distribution de produit et une position de désinfection, un orifice de produit conçu pour délivrer en alternance un produit de boisson et un désinfectant en fonction d'une position du levier de valve et un orifice de désinfectant conçu pour recevoir le désinfectant provenant d'un réservoir de désinfectant. L'ouverture de soupape peut être conçue pour créer un premier trajet de communication de fluide lorsque le levier de soupape est dans la position de distribution de produit pour permettre au produit de boisson de sortir de l'orifice de produit et peut être conçu pour créer un second trajet de communication de fluide lorsque le levier de soupape est dans la position de désinfection pour permettre au désinfectant de sortir de l'orifice de produit.
