Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif autonome de point de traitement qui peut utiliser des structures d'hydrogel intelligentes pour détecter des analytes cibles dans un échantillon de fluide. Le dispositif comprend une lame d'échantillon microfluidique comprenant un canal microfluidique avec une ou plusieurs structures d'hydrogel intelligentes positionnées dans le canal. La lame peut être insérée dans un dispositif d'analyse associé, pour analyser l'état de gonflement des structures d'hydrogel en utilisant un appareil photo optique pour capturer des images de la ou des structures d'hydrogel avant et après l'interaction de cette structure d'hydrogel avec l'échantillon de fluide. Une telle imagerie optique peut être utilisée pour mesurer rapidement et facilement le changement dimensionnel de la structure de l'hydrogel, lequel changement peut être corrélé à la concentration de l'analyte dans l'échantillon de fluide. L'imagerie et l'analyse peuvent être réalisées par un dispositif d'analyse associé (p. ex., destiné à recevoir une lame de microcanal contenant l'échantillon de fluide), ou l'imagerie et l'analyse peuvent être réalisées à l'aide d'un appareil photo de téléphone intelligent et d'une application associée.
