DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0039] In order to provide those skilled in the art a better understanding of the solutions of the present application, the present application is described hereinafter in further detail in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the structure of a freight car according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a front view of the freight car in FIG. 3; and FIG. 5 is a left view of the freight car in FIG. 3.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, the freight car in this embodiment includes a side wall structure 20 and an end wall structure 30. The side wall structures 20 on both sides and the end wall structures 30 at two ends are enclosed to form a car body of the freight car, and the undethame structure 10 is provided on the bottom of the freight car, and the side wall structure 20 is transitionally connected with the bottom plate of the underframe structure 10 through a connecting plate. The above freight car may be a gondola freight car, that is, without a cover, of course, a structure such as a tarp may be provided for the purpose of covering. It can be seen from FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 that the side wall structure 20 and the end wall structure 30 in this embodiment are not designed with equal height. The height of the side wall structure 20 is basically higher than the height of the end wall structure 30; however, the overall height of the side wall structure 20 is not higher than the overall height of the end wall structure 30.
[0042] Referring to FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the side wall structure 20 in FIG. 3; FIG. 7 is a left view of the side wall structure in FIG. 6; and FIG. 8 is a rear view of the side wall structure in FIG. 6. It should be noted that, in order to Date Recue/Date Received 2021-08-20 facilitate the understanding of the structures of the upper side beam 204 and the reinforcing beam 202, the upper side beam 204 is shown in black and the reinforcing beam 202 is shown in gray, which does not mean that the color of the structure must be di stingui shed.
[0043] The side wall structure 20 in this embodiment includes a side wall plate 201. The side wall plate 201 may be an integral plate structure, so as to ensure strength and integrity. Of course, in the situation that the strength is enough or the length is relatively long, it may also be a splicing plate. In this embodiment, the side wall plate 201 is designed to be heightened relative to the end wall structure 30. A gap 20a penetrating the inner side and the outer side of the side wall plate 201 is provided in each of two ends of the upper part of the heightened side wall plate 201, and the opening of the gap 20a faces upward, that is, two notches are provided in the upper edge of the side wall plate 201.
[0044] In addition, the side wall structure 20 further includes a reinforcing plate 203, which is provided on the inner side of the side wall plate 201 and at least in correspondence with the position of the gap 20a to seal the gap 20a from the inner side of the side wall structure 20. In FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, except for sealing the gap 20a, the reinforcing plate 203 further extends downward for a certain distance. The dotted line below the gap 20a is a part of the reinforcing plate 203, so the reinforcing plate 203 has a larger area, and the reinforcing plate 203 may be welded to the side wall plate 201, so as to ensure the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing plate 203. Compared with the present side wall structure 20, the height of the side wall plate 201 is increased according to the above side wall structure 20, which is basically higher than the height of the end wall structure 30, so that the volume of the freight car may be increased without increasing the weight of the car body, and the end wall structure 30 is not heightened, and then it will not interfere with the leaky warehouse. A railway wagon generally can tow multiple freight cars. For example, some models of the railway wagon may reach 250 freight cars. In this way, the increase in the volume of a single freight car may greatly increase the cargo capacity of the whole freight car.
[0045] In addition, under the premise of increasing the height of the side wall plate 201, gaps 20a are reserved at two ends of the side wall plate 201, and the bottom of the gap 20a is flush with the end wall structure 30, that is, the bottom of the gap 20a and the end Date Recue/Date Received 2021-08-20 wall structure 30 still maintain a considerable height, and the position of the gap 20a is in correspondence with the indenter of the car dumper, so that the car dumper may still operate, and is not affected by the increase in height. A reinforcing plate 203 is arranged on the inner side of the side wall plate at the position corresponding to the gap.
