Abstract
La présente invention concerne un revêtement à base de céramique comprenant une structure en couches interne et externe. La couche intérieure est faite de composés inorganiques générés par une réaction électrochimique entre un électrolyte et une surface de composante métallique et la couche extérieure est une céramique à base d'alumine générée par un procédé simultané d'une réaction électrochimique et de frittage au plasma dans l'électrolyte. Le revêtement peut être déposé sur la fonte, l'acier, le cuivre et les alliages de cuivre pour améliorer la protection contre l'usure et la corrosion, l'isolation électrique, la barrière thermique et les caractéristiques antisalissures pour des applications sur des freins, des pièces de moteurs, des coussinets, des engrenages, des arbres, des rondelles, des douilles, des pistons, des dispositifs de transformation alimentaire, des structures marines ou des cages d'aquaculture.
