Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de nettoyage au jet à pression réglable basé sur un accumulateur d'énergie hydraulique et un procédé de projection. L'appareil de nettoyage au jet comprend un système de stockage de pression, un système de maintien de pression, un système d'étanchéité et un système d'injection. Le système de stockage de pression comprend une moitié avant (4-2) d'un cylindre de pression, un piston annulaire (5) et un corps de liaison intermédiaire (7). Le système de maintien de pression comprend un accumulateur d'énergie (2), une moitié arrière (4-1) d'un cylindre de pression et un couvercle d'extrémité arrière (1). Le système d'étanchéité comprend un cylindre de propulsion hydraulique (8), un piston de propulsion (9), un couvercle d'extrémité avant (10), un tube d'étanchéité (12), une partie d'extrémité épaissie (14) et un tube en caoutchouc expansible (13). Le système de nettoyage au jet comprend un corps de soupape hydraulique (6) et un tube de pistolet de nettoyage au jet (11). L'appareil de nettoyage au jet peut appliquer rapidement une pression sur le fond d'un trou de forage de manière hydraulique, de sorte que la roche est rompue sous tension, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité d'excavation de la roche dure.
