Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de normalisation et d'agencement pour des matières premières à base de fibres herbacées, l'appareil comprenant: un dispositif d'alimentation en matériau, un dispositif de stratification, un dispositif de séparation et un dispositif de collecte de poussière, le dispositif d'alimentation amenant des matériaux au dispositif de stratification; le dispositif de stratification comprenant une crémaillère et une pluralité de paires de rouleaux de stratification disposés sur la crémaillère; un arbre de montage d'un rouleau entraîné pouvant se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas; le dispositif de stratification comprend en outre un ressort qui exerce une force de prétension vers le bas sur l'arbre de montage du rouleau entraîné; le dispositif de séparation est utilisé pour séparer les copeaux des fibres libériennes; et le dispositif de collecte de poussière comprend un boîtier, un tuyau de collecte de poussière en communication avec la partie intérieure du boîtier et un ventilateur d'extraction à travers lequel une pression négative peut être générée dans le boîtier et le tuyau de collecte de poussière. Le problème technique résolu par la présente invention consiste à surmonter les défauts de séparation incomplète ou d'endommagement de la fibre libérienne et la pollution environnementale d'un appareil existant pour séparer la fibre libérienne d'une couche de cuticule, à fournir un appareil et un procédé de normalisation et d'agencement pour des matières premières de fibres herbacées à travers lesquelles la fibre libérienne et la couche de cuticule peuvent être séparées, la fibre ne subit pas de dommages et la protection environnementale est assurée.
