Abstract

La présente invention concerne, entre autres, des dispositifs et des procédés de porte-échantillons facilitant des analyses biologiques et chimiques, ainsi que leur utilisation. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un support d'échantillon d'analyse (également appelé "carte") comprenant deux plaques mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre et pouvant prendre en sandwich un échantillon entre les deux plaques. Un objectif de la présente invention est de fournir des porte-échantillons faciles à séparer lorsque les plaques sont empilées par deux, faciles à manipuler d'une main pendant le chargement d'un échantillon, faciles à fabriquer et/ou de faible coût. Un autre objectif de la présente invention est d'assurer que les deux plaques restent ensemble lorsqu'elles sont insérées dans une fente d'un adaptateur permettant l'analyse de l'échantillon pris en sandwich entre les deux plaques. La présente invention présente des avantages particuliers liés à un fonctionnement simple et facile dans les cas où (a) l'épaisseur des plaques est très mince, jusqu'à 1 um (micron) d'épaisseur (ou que l'épaisseur des deux plaques ~ 25 um), et (b) la taille de zone de plaque est réduite et n'est pas facile à manipuler à la main (par exemple, lorsque la plaque possède une longueur et une largeur de quelques cm).
