Abstract
L'invention concerne un nouveau système de stockage d'informations à l'aide d'un polymère chargé, par exemple de l'ADN, dont les monomères correspondent à un code lisible par machine, par exemple, un code binaire, et qui peuvent être synthétisés et/ou lus à l'aide d'un nouveau dispositif à nanopuce comprenant des nanopores ; de nouveaux procédés et dispositifs pour synthétiser des oligonucléotides dans un format de nanopuce ; de nouveaux procédés pour synthétiser de l'ADN dans le sens 3' vers 5' à l'aide d'une topoisomérase ; de nouveaux procédés et dispositifs pour lire la séquence d'un polymère chargé, par exemple, de l'ADN, par mesure de la variation de la capacité à mesure que le polymère traverse le nanopore ; l'invention concerne en outre des composés, des compositions, des procédés et des dispositifs utiles dans celui-ci.
