Abstract

La présente invention consiste en un système de plancher surélevé adapté à la construction commerciale et résidentielle. Le système de plancher comprend des rails en T inversés sur lesquels sont montés plusieurs pieds supports ajustables pour ajuster la hauteur du rail en T inversé. Les rails en T inversés créent un espace vide pour la circulation dair, linstallation de panneaux isolants, de réducteurs de bruit, dun plancher chauffant et dun drainage de leau. Lespace vide permet également de faire passer des câbles et services sous le plancher. Le rail en T inversé est fait dun isolant rigide, il est durable et il résiste à la moisissure.
