Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication continue d'un mélange maître de caoutchouc et un mélange maître de caoutchouc préparé à partir de celui-ci. Le procédé de fabrication comprend : étape 1) : une charge est ajoutée à une solution de caoutchouc, formant un mélange caoutchouc/charge/solvant par agitation ; étape 2) : le mélange caoutchouc/charge/solvant de l'étape 1 est passé dans un milieu chauffant à une température supérieure au point d'ébullition du solvant ; lorsque que la polarité du milieu est différente de la nature (notamment la polarité) du solvant utilisé, le mélange est coagulé et dégonflé ; et lorsque la température du milieu est supérieure au point d'ébullition du solvant, le solvant est évaporé rapidement pour former un mélange d'un composite caoutchouc/charge et du solvant contenant le milieu chauffant ; et étape 3) : le solvant est éliminé et le mélange est séché, résultant en un mélange maître caoutchouc/charge. Par comparaison aux technologies de coagulation existantes en mélange humide, la présente invention n'a pas de besoins spécifiques de caoutchouc et de charge, assorti d'une plage d'utilisation plus large. Le procédé de production est simple, continu, très efficace, consomme peu d'énergie et de travail, et est peu coûteux.
