Description
C'est donc dans ces trois zones qu'on place avantageusement les WO 2014/080111 Multi-elastic belt and its manufacturing process The present invention relates to a belt, independent (for example an independent abdominal belt of type sheath) or more particularly a belt of clothing or undergarments, namely a belt incorporated into a clothing item. The invention relates more specially knitted belts, in particular by a knitting process said seamless, on a circular loom or on a loom straight.
The belts currently found on the market have a uniform elasticity along the length (circumference) of the belt. There are so-called tiered belts that have, in the sense of their height, two different elasticities, or even more. But these belts do not are not specially adapted to the morphology of the human body and he results from discomfort and discomfort for the wearer.
However, document EP 1031292 has made known a belt having in the circumferential direction zones of different elasticities, in practice a lower elasticity on the sides than on the front or on the back of the belt, this difference in elasticity being obtained by the introduction of more or less elastic threads into the knit constituting the belt. Although this proposal goes in the direction of improved comfort for the wearer, it proved insufficient.
The object of the invention is to better exploit the morphology of the carrier to make a better fit belt.
The object of the invention is achieved according to the invention by a method according to which one determines first on the size of a carrier zones relatively hollow compared to relatively full areas and in that that the belt is constructed by providing at the level of these hollow areas a waist zone having a local maximum of elasticity.
In practice, it has been found that the hollow areas are essentially located on one side at the back, along the spine, and on the other hand on the front sides, at the level of the tendons ensuring the connection between the upright abdomen and the left external obliques and rights. It is therefore in these three zones that the WO 2014/080111
WO 2014/080111 2 PCT / FR2013 / 052,745 most elastic areas. On the other hand, other than in these areas, the elasticity is advantageously reduced. This construction ensures a optimum and adapted support and a feeling of comfort.
The invention can be applied to a belt woven or knitted in different pieces of different elasticities sewn to each other, but the invention relates more particularly to a belt woven or knitted in one single piece, in which we bring a differentiated elasticity by zones by a special process during the very manufacture of the belt or posteriorly.
According to the invention, this unitary belt can be provided with zone-elasticity according to one or other of the following methods :
-the knitting of the belt, especially knitting jersey, by varying the structure of the mesh and / or the type of yarn used depending on the desired areas.
we proceed to a knitting openwork of the belt, by varying the size of the days according to the zones (the more the day is wide, the more elasticity is weak).
-weave the belt with partly elastane thread conferring to the knit its elasticity and one proceeds by devouring (or burn out) the thread of elastane of the belt according to the zones, that is to say that one eliminates selectively the elastane yarn in selected areas.
the surface of the knitting is produced with a differentiated impression of resin type polymers, silicone, depending on the zones.
Advantageously, similar patterns are printed along the belt, but with a tighter print, or with thicker lines or wider, in areas requiring greater elasticity. These reasons can advantageously be letters including letters that, as it is usual, remind or indicate the brand of the garment.
The invention also relates to a belt obtained by the method of the invention. This belt, intended for a wearer or a type of carriers, therefore has different zones of elasticity on its circumference, certain areas with a local maximum of elasticity, said zones with maximum local elasticity corresponding to zones relatively hollow the size of the carrier (s) at which the belt is destiny.
WO 2014/080111
Par ailleurs, le porteur WO 2014/080111 3 In practice, said zones with maximum local elasticity can include at least one central back area and two front side areas corresponding respectively to the spine and to the spine level of the tendons ensuring the connection between the major rights of the abdomen and the external obliques of a wearer. The width of these areas is relatively small.
Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the following description. Reference will be made to the accompanying drawings in which :
FIG. 1 schematically represents in perspective a belt with zones of different elasticity according to the invention.
FIG. 2 is a diagrammatic sectional view at the level of abdominal a wearer surrounded by his belt according to the invention (the belt is shown schematically at a distance from the size of the wearer, but we understand that it is actually adjacent).
FIG. 3 represents a variant of FIG. 2.
FIG. 4 represents in the same figure various patterns to differentiate the elasticity by zones according to the invention.
The belt 1 is in the form of a section of knitted tube. he may be an independent knitted belt or, more often than not, upper part of a garment or undergarment (eg underpants or a boxer) not shown: it is indeed known to make by knitting lapel belts (with hang-up tray for example) at the top of panties, pantyhose, underpants, boxers, etc. The belt 1 shown has a before 2 and a rear 3 which constitute one and the same piece. The front 2 has a central abdominal area 4 surrounded by two zones 5. Rear 3 has a central dorsal zone 6 surrounded by two dorso-lateral zones 7. Lateral zones 8 form the sides, bringing together the abdominal-lateral zones 5 and the dorso-lateral zones 7.
Figure 2 shows the same belt 1 around the body of a carrier 10, in section at the waist. The size at the passage of the spine of the wearer a hollow area 11 that may or may not be be surrounded by two other hollow areas 12 (they have been shown in Figure 2 and not in Figure 3). In addition, the carrier WO 2014/080111
Les zones 6 et les zones 4 includes the front, between the right muscles of the abdomen (partially front center) and the external oblique muscles of the abdomen (going to the sides) two hollow tendon zones 13. According to the invention, the belt 1 comprises, in correspondence with the hollow zones 11 and 13, zones 6 and 5 with enhanced elasticity (+++ or ++) and, on the contrary, in full remaining areas 8 and 4 with reduced elasticity (+). Zones 6 and zones
5 are zones with maximum local elasticity. We can have, for the zones 7 corresponding to the zones 12, a reinforced elasticity (++) but which, given its contiguity with zone 6 (+++), is a local maximum elasticity only on one side.
In FIG. 3, due to the absence of hollow zones 12 or their not taken into account, the belt 1 has no intermediate zone 7.
As the hollow areas are not very wide, the areas corresponding 6 or 5 are not very broad either, but sufficient to bring the desired comfort to the wearer, allowing to have a strong elasticity in areas where contact with the wearer's skin is less, because of the hollows.
Areas of differing elasticity may differ trenches from one zone to another or, on the contrary, keep on going.
Among the different ways to obtain this differentiated elasticity, advantageously proceeds by superficial printing of an elastomer, such as a resin or silicone, providing elasticity. This impression advantageously according to patterns whose density increases in the areas to be more elastic. FIG. 4 represents examples A, B, C, D, E, F patterns developed along the belt and showing a density varying according to the zones so as to obtain zones with elasticity +, ++ or +++. The patterns can be purely geometric, as example in the patterns E or F, where the thickness of the pattern and / or the width of the deposited feature increases in zones with enhanced elasticity. They can advantageously take the form of letters, reproducing advantageously a mark of the garment, as shown in Pattern A, B or C where the letters DIM are repeated with more or less spacing in order to modify the elasticity. These letters can be combined with a pattern secondary, such as visible lines in patterns A, B or C, or a main pattern as the honeycomb pattern D. The print is done advantageously by screen printing, or by transfer deposition.
In this way we obtain a marked and aesthetic belt whose marking contributes to comfort by defining areas of elasticity differentiated according to an anatomical principle.
