Un dispositif servant à raccorder deux tuyaux, comprenant deux mâchoires de serrage parallèles, l'une mobile et l'autre fixe, et destinées à tenir les tuyaux mis bout à bout, en combinaison avec un moyen de tiges horizontales sur lequel la mâchoire mobile s'avance ou s'éloigne de la mâchoire fixe. US 7,523,533 Pipe joiner de Robert D. Cook et al. déposé le 11 juillet 2006, montre un outil pour joindre deux tuyaux l'un dans l'autre, comprenant des moyens de prise 106,118 en vue d'y attacher des moyens de pinces destinés à saisir des tuyaux en vue de les raccorder. Les moyens de prises 106,118 sont respectivement reliés à deux tiges 110,114 téléscopiquement jointes, ce qui entraîne un rapprochement (ou un éloignement) des moyens prises, et aussi des pinces et des tuyaux fixés au moyens de prises. OBJECTIFS ET AVANTAGES
Il y a un besoin dans le monde de la construction d'un dispositif permettant de raccorder des tuyaux facilement et rapidement, en minimisant les réglages préliminaires avant l'utilisation.
Notre dispositif permet le raccordement des tuyaux de petits et grands diamètres sans qu'il y ait frottement du tuyau inséré contre une paroi interne du tuyau récepteur, ce qui permet de ne pas l'endommager.

DESCRIPTION DU CONCEPT
Le dispositif comprend:
- deux mâchoires parallèles, une étant fixe et l'autre mobile, servant à
saisir deux tuyaux destinés à être raccordés.
- Un moyen de tiges horizontales reliant les mâchoires. Quelques unes de ces tiges sont munies de moyens de crémaillère.
- Un moyen de pignons joint à la mâchoire mobile et qui l'entraîne lors de son déplacement sur le moyen de crémaillère. La mâchoire mobile est ainsi rapprochée de la mâchoire fixe jusqu'à ce que les tuyaux saisis par les mâchoires sont raccordés. Le moyen de pignons comprend un dispositif d'arrêt pour maintenir une position sur la crémaillère.
- Un moyen d'écartement ou de rapprochement des pinces de la mâchoire.
Le moyen d'écartement/rapprochement comprend une tige d'écartement des pinces étant horizontale et fixée entre les deux pinces de la mâchoire. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

US 7,523,533 Pipe joiner of Robert D. Cook et al. filed on July 11 2006, shows a tool for joining two pipes into one another, including engaging means 106,118 for attaching means therefor clamps for gripping pipes for connection. The socket means 106, 118 are respectively connected to two rods 110, 114 telescopically joined, which leads to a rapprochement (or removal) of the means taken, and also the clamps and hoses attached by means of catches. Applying thrust (electric or manual) on the telescopic rod 114, the clamp holding the smallest pipe intended for to be inserted undergoes a flexion which facilitates the insertion of the small pipe. OBJECTIVES AND BENEFITS
There is a need in the world of building a device making it possible to connect hoses easily and quickly, minimizing preliminary settings before use.
Our device allows the connection of small and large pipes diameters without friction of the pipe inserted against a wall internal of the receiver pipe, which allows not to damage it.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONCEPT
The device comprises:
- two parallel jaws, one fixed and the other movable, serving enter two pipes to be connected.
- A means of horizontal rods connecting the jaws. Some of these rods are provided with rack means.
- A sprocket means attached to the movable jaw and which drives it when of his movement on the rack. The movable jaw is thus close to the fixed jaw until the pipes seized by the jaws are connected. The sprocket means comprises a stopping device to maintain a position on the rack.
- A means of separation or approximation of the clamps of the jaw.
The spacing / joining means comprises a spacer rod clamps being horizontal and fixed between the two clamps of the jaw. Cette pièce est installée au bout de chacune des pinces ainsi que sur la face inférieure de la tige d'écartement au contact avec le tuyau saisi. Le sens du pivotement est indiqué sur la figure.
RESUMÉ
Un outil servant à raccorder deux tuyaux ensemble pour être utilisés dans des tranchées, l'outil comprendt deux mâchoires de serrage parallèles, l'une mobile et l'autre fixe, destinées à tenir les tuyaux mis bout à bout, en combinaison avec un moyen de tiges horizontales reliant les mâchoires et sur lequel la mâchoire mobile s'avance ou s'éloigne.
Sur au moins une tige il y a un moyen de crémaillère sur lequel se déplace un moyen de pignons entraînant la mâchoire mobile vers la mâchoire fixe jusqu'à ce que les tuyaux saisis par les mâchoires sont raccordés.

Claims

Achievements in respect of which an exclusive right of ownership or privilege is claimed, are defined as follows:

1. A device used to connect two pipes together to be used in trenches, said device comprising two jaws parallel clamps, one movable and the other fixed, and intended to hold said pipes put end to end, in combination with a rod means horizontal connecting said jaws and on which said jaw mobile moves forward or away; on at least one rod there is a way to rack on which a gear means moving said gear movable jaw toward said fixed jaw until said hoses grasped by said jaws are connected.

2. The device of claim 1 wherein said gear means being provided with a stop device for holding said movable jaw to a given position, each of said jaws being provided with a means of spacing or approximation of its clamps to adapt opening said jaws to the section of said pipes to be gripped.
