Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de purge pour sécheur, comprenant un anneau porteur, un anneau de tubage fixé à l'anneau porteur, l'anneau de tubage présentant un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur, une source de fluide en communication fluidique avec le diamètre intérieur de l'anneau de tubage, et une pluralité d'ouvertures pratiquées autour d'une circonférence de l'anneau de tubage et configurées de façon à expulser du fluide de l'anneau de tubage. L'invention concerne également un procédé de purge de la sortie de solides d'un sécheur à matériaux séparant un mélange de solides et de liquides en une phase solide et une phase liquide et recueillant la phase solide dans une section de chambre d'évacuation, comportant les étapes consistant à établir un écoulement de fluide jusqu'à un diamètre intérieur d'un anneau de tubage, à expulser le fluide à travers une pluralité d'ouvertures pratiquées dans l'anneau de tubage et à évacuer les solides accumulés d'une paroi de la section de chambre d'évacuation du sécheur à matériaux.
