Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le reformage d'une huile lourde avec lesquels il est possible de contrôler le degré de progression du craquage thermique de l'huile lourde quand l'huile lourde est reformée à l'aide d'eau supercritique. Un réacteur (1) est maintenu à une température et à une pression qui sont égales ou supérieures aux points critiques de l'eau, et une huile lourde est amenée au contact de l'eau supercritique. Alors qu'un craquage thermique de l'huile lourde est amené à se dérouler, le mélange réactionnel est séparé en une première phase comprenant une matière huile lourde obtenue par le craquage thermique de l'huile lourde et de l'eau supercritique dissoute dans la matière huile lourde et une seconde phase comprenant de l'eau supercritique et une matière huile légère extraite et dissoute dans l'eau supercritique. Un détecteur d'interface (75) détecte le niveau de l'interface entre la première phase et la seconde phase dans le réacteur. Une unité de commande (7) commande, sur la base du volume de la première phase déterminé à partir du niveau de l'interface, le taux de décharge du fluide mélangé composé de la matière huile lourde et de l'eau supercritique dissoute dans celle-ci, de telle sorte que le temps de séjour du fluide mélangé de la matière huile lourde/eau supercritique est un premier temps de séjour préréglé.
