Description
- des panneaux rigides dépliables, Living cell module and living cell corresponding The present invention relates to a module of this habitable lule and a habitable and transportable cell corresponding.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Such a habitable cell can serve, being unmeasurably associated with means of his land-based management, habitat creation mobiles such as caravans, motorhomes and others mobile homes or establish a fixed dwelling that can be temporarily or permanently in a place for build a shelter, a bungalow or other dwellings of that type. Such a habitable cell can therefore be used in particular, alone or in combination with other for tourism purposes as a residence of leisure, professional as a traveling local or humanitarian purposes as an emergency shelter or medical center for the affected population and, more generally, for any type of accommodation or local not requiring a foundation construction.
A disadvantage of habitable and trans-known portable devices of this type is the result of in width, volume. This smallness is the consequence of the road size prohibiting, excluding trans-exceptional carriage, vehicle traffic exceeding two and a half meters wide, volume transported taken.
There are such habitable cells including a basic framework associated with extensively ble. These extensible parts may comprise, according to cases :
- foldable rigid panels,
To compensate for the small size of living cells transportable, research has also focused on high functionality of interior furniture: table of retractable meal to become a sommier, convertible bench mattress, folding tables and seats, reclining bed liftable ceiling ...
The space thus gained can be used as es-pace of life or storage volume.
With all these solutions, the space saving of life or storage volume of, living cells get at the cost of often complicated maneuvers and is made possible only by the use of costly mechanisms complex, whose reliability is likely to prove to be weak.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the invention is to propose a means making it possible to obtain in a simple way a cell rigid and extensible table.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
For this purpose, it is provided, according to the invention, a habitable cell module, comprising a sensitive frame Sibly parallelepipedic, having at least two sides open doors, one of which receives a hull with an opening defined by a peripheral edge which is connected to the open side by a vertical axis of rotation to rotate between a retracted storage position in which the opening is oriented towards the outside of the framework and an output position in which the opening is oriented towards the inside of the framework, a panel being
- les figures 1, 2, 3 et 4 sont des vues en pers-' pective d'une cellule habitable conforme à l'invention et 3 mounted on the frame to be movable between a position lowered occultation of the opening of the hull in posi-retracted position and a raised position in which the panel straddles on a top of the frame and on the hull in the deployed position.
An extension of the living cell module is thus achieved by moving the panel of its position lowered to its raised position and by pivoting the hull from its retracted storage position to its position exit of dwelling. The panel provides a dual function tion, namely a function of closing the shell in retracted storage position when in his po-down and, when in its correct position, a protective function of the upper part of the hull and the framework especially against the aggression climatic conditions (solar rays, rain, snow, hail ...).
A habitable cell can be made from one or more modules.
Thus, the invention also relates to a living cell comprising at least two side modules each side module conforms to the pre-and having a frame provided, opposite the side open receiving hull, one open side of association side modules are connected to each other.

In FIGS. 1 to 5, there is shown a habitable lule generally designated in 1 which is two modules, usually designated as 2, together with to each other (the modules are identical, the letters A and B have been associated with reference 2 for distinguish them in the figures).
Each module 2 comprises a frame, generally referred to in paragraph 3, having a general shape in half-square baseball with 4 trellises that are assembled to each other for form the edges of the parallelepiped.
It will be noted that four of the beams 4 are represented in the figure in phantom. These beams 4 serve to stiffen the framework 3 during the transport and are removed when two modules are seemed to each other to form a cell as well as this will be detailed below. The frame 3 is here realized
5 by mechanically welded assembly. Other ways of doing things are, of course, conceivable.
The frame 3 here comprises four open sides of which one, referenced 5.1, receives a hull signed in 6 bounded laterally by a wall in half cylinder which is closed at the top by a roof 7 in half round and bottom by a bottom 8 also half round. The shell 6 and has an opening 9 which is delimited by a peripheral edge 10 of the shell 6 so as to extend in a diametral plane of the shell 6. The edge device 10 is connected to the upper beams 4 and lower part delimiting the open side 5.1 by a vertical axis tical rotation 11 extending projecting from the roof 7 and of the bottom 8 of the hull 6. The hull 6 is thus mobile be a retracted storage position in which the opening 9 is turned towards the outside of the frame 3 and an output position in which the opening 9 is turned towards the inside of the framework.
position, the hull 6 leaves the space free 3. In these two positions, the edge 10 is flush with the external surface of the truss.
the 4 defining the open side 5.1. The hull 6 is by example formed of two interlocking half-cylindrical walls one in the other. An insulator is inserted between two walls as well as reinforcing elements such as stiffeners. The walls are in the same material or different materials. The inner wall is example obtained by molding a plastic material and corpore for example shelves or stiff forms its directly derived from molding. The outer wall is for example galvanized steel.
The open side 5.2, opposite to the open side 5.1, is intended to remain open and to be associated with the green 5.2 of the other module to form the cell corn.
The other open sides 5.3 and 5.4 of the framework 3 are intended to be equipped with rigid panels, equipped with openings to allow access for people inside the cell or surfaces transparent and / or translucent, possibly to allow penetration of the light rays as lighting natural lighting inside the cell.
The frame 3 has a metal floor.
The frame 3 is preferably equipped with a floor to double-bottom so as to allow accommodation of a serve as water, a battery, a reservoir for water used or simply to create a sanitary vacuum to hush up.
The upper part of the frame 3 has transparent or translucent panels allowing the passage of light and incorporates a lifting mechanism 12 of a panel 13 movable between an occultation position of the opening 9 of the shell 6 in the storage position, the panel 13 then being pressed against the outer surface beams 4 on the open side 5.1 and the peripheral edge than 10 of the hull 6, and a raised position in the the panel 13 straddles the upper part of the frame 3 and the roof 7 of the hull 6 in exit, the panel 13 being then kept inclined and separated from the upper part of the 3. The panel 13 is connected to the frame 3 by two lateral rods 14 which allow it to switch between his two positions. The lift mechanism 12 includes here a link 15 having a first end, at the top edge of the panel, and a second tremity which is articulated on the upper part of
La cellule habitable ainsi formée peut être transportée sur le plateau d'un camion lorsque les coques 6 sont en position escamotée de rangement et les panneaux 7 the framework and which is connected to a link 16 such as a or a cable attached to a winch integrated into the upper part of the framework 3. The mechanism for vage can be powered by an associated electric motor switch or remote control, or be purely mechanically and actuated by a crank. The The upper part of the framework 3 is here produced using composite material and reported on the upper beams Frameworks 3.
The panel 13 is made of metal, wood, material plastic or honeycomb composite material (and green then of a superficial skin) or not.
A sealing element, not shown, team the peripheral edge 10 of the shell 6 to allow the sealing between said peripheral edge 10 of the shell 6 and, on the one hand, the panel 13 when that the hull 6 is in the retracted storage position and, on the other hand, with the beams 4 on the open side 5.1 when the shell 6 is in the extended position. Beams 4 on the open side 5.1 are also equipped with to ensure the watertightness of their connection to the panel 13 when the panel 13 in the lowered position is applied against them.
An assembly of a habitable cell such as that represented in FIGS. 1 to 5 is obtained by fixing to each other the modules by their side 5.2 or side-green association. Once this fixation is made, beams 4 serving as stiffeners for transport are removed. The fastening means are here bouts lons. Sealing elements are interposed between the open sides of association to ensure tightness between the two modules.
The habitable cell thus formed can be transported on the tray of a truck when the hulls 6 are in retracted storage position and the panels
This cell habitable can also be removably attached or unmountable on a trailer to form a caravan or a pickup truck type vehicle to form a camper.
Once the living cell deposited at the place where it should be used, the panels 13 are brought in the raised position (FIG. 2) and the hulls 6 are born in the deployed position (Figures 3 and 4). The cell installed living space is shown in Figure 5.
Note that in the raised position the panels are separated from the upper part of the framework 3 of way to allow the passage of light towards inside the frame and also the natural ventilation of the cell, and are inclined to facilitate the flow of rain and possibly snow (preventing an accumulation of it on the panels which could lead to deterioration of the panels under the weight of accumulated snow).
We can obviously foresee mechanisms locking devices, for example key locks, when raising the panels 13.
The hulls 6 have sufficient dimensions to allow them to receive storage furniture, a bed, or sofa bed, electromechanical appliances swimming, toilets ...
The central part of the living cell can to be occupied by removable furniture like a table and chairs arranged for transport in the other hull for example, or be left free for the circulation of people.
With reference to FIG. 6, one more cell large dimensions is shown. This cell is alised by means of two modules 2, such as those described above and here called side modules, whose sides WO 2009/11271
9 PCT / FR2009 / 000184 Open Association 5.2 are connected to each other by an intermediate module 20 having a frame 21 comprising two open sides 22 opposed to which are fixed the open sides of association 5.2 of the lateral modules 2. The other sides of intermediate module 20 can be made of solid panels or provided with openings.
In FIG. 7 is shown a housing cell ble in accordance with Figure 6 which has been provided with a floor composed of two modules 2, such as those de-above, contiguous to one another as in the case 5 and mounted on the top of the module 20. An internal staircase is provided for link the intermediate module 20 to one of the modules 2 of upstairs. The modules 2 of the floor are oriented perpendicularly culturally to those of the ground so that the panels 13 of these the last do not hinder the pivoting of the hulls 6 of the dules 2 of the floor.
Figure 8 shows a habitable cell like that of Figure 7 but whose intermediate module 30, wider than the module 20, is provided with a lateral module 2 on each of its sides.
In Figures 9 and 10 is shown a caravan formed of a wheeled platform 40 on which is mounted a living cell formed of five modules 2.
It is possible to provide rollers under the living cell to allow its discharge-wheeled platform. The wheeled platform is equipped to this end of ramps 41.
Of course, the invention is not limited to embodiment described and can be performance without departing from the framework of as defined by the claims.
Photovoltaic sensors or other devices solar energy recovery, can be fixed on the panel 13 to be subjected to solar radiation.
Photovoltaic sensors are connected to batteries arranged for example under the floor of the frame.
The general shape of the components of the cell habitable according to the invention may be different from 5 that shown. The intermediate module can have a hexagonal, octagonal or other shape.
The stiffening beams can all be kept when the modules are assembled the to each other.
Rigid panels can have a shape plane or in relief and in particular curved, for example turn of a vertical axis.
It should be noted that the framework may include serves to allow passage or accommodation of elements attached to the trailer or platform on which which it is mounted, for example to form a step-wheel wise.
Other arrangements of modules are made : at least one lateral module is fixed on a part upper intermediate module to form at least a habitable floor, or intermediate modules can to be stacked.
