Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé mis au point pour produire un carburant d'aviation à partir de matières premières renouvelables, telles que des huiles végétales et des graisses et des huiles animales. Le procédé implique le traitement d'une matière première renouvelable par hydrogénation et désoxygénation afin d'obtenir des n-paraffines contenant de 8 à 24 atomes de carbone. Au moins certaines des n-paraffines sont isomérisées afin d'améliorer les propriétés d'écoulement à froid. Au moins une partie des paraffines est sélectivement craquée pour obtenir des paraffines respectant les spécifications imposées à différents carburants d'aviation comme JP-8.
