Abstract
La présente porte sur un isolant de forme tubulaire en fibre de verre et une méthode de fabrication connexe. L'isolant de forme tubulaire en fibre de verre de densité élevée est fabriqué par la préparation d'un tapis en aiguille de fibre de verre formé à des côtés opposés de celui-ci avec des faces de coupe à des positions non alignées, au moins une surface du tapis en aiguille de fibre de verre étant enduit d'un liant préparé en mélangeant et en agitant des substances organiques et inorganiques, un produit ignifuge et de l'eau et en mélangeant et en agitant de manière sélective un produit hydrofuge avec le mélange résultant; le formage sous pression du tapis en aiguille de fibre de verre en utilisant un rouleau sous pression dans un état où le tapis en aiguille de fibre de verre est enroulé sur un rouleau de formage; le séchage d'un isolant de forme tubulaire en fibre de verre formé sous pression avant de séparer l'isolant du rouleau de formage; l'exécution d'une coupe centrale sur isolant de forme tubulaire en fibre de verre; la fixation d'un ruban croisé à base de verre d'aluminium sur une surface circonférentielle extérieure de l'isolant de forme tubulaire; et l'exécution de coupe latérale sur isolant de forme tubulaire en fibre de verre.
