Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil destiné à fabriquer du fer fondu comprenant l'injection de matériaux carbonés fins dans un pot de fusion-gazéifieur et un procédé pour fabriquer ledit fer fondu. Le procédé de fabrication de l'invention comprend la réduction des mélanges contenant des minerais de fer dans un réacteur de réduction et la conversion des mélanges contenant lesdits minerais de fer en matériaux réduits ; la préparation de matériaux carbonés localisés contenant des matières volatiles comme une source thermique, destinés à faire fondre les matériaux réduits ; le chargement des matériaux carbonés localisés dans une partie supérieure en forme de dôme du pot de fusion-gazéifieur ; et la formation d'une tour de filtration du kérosène ; la préparation de matériaux carbonés fins contenant des matières volatiles comme une source thermique destinée à faire fondre les matériaux réduits ; l'injection d'oxygène et de matériaux carbonés fins dans la tour de filtration du kérosène à travers une tuyère placée dans le pot de fusion-gazéifieur ; le chargement des matériaux réduits dans le pot de fusion-gazéifieur relié au réacteur de réduction et la fabrication du fer fondu ; l'alimentation en gaz du pot de fusion-gazéifieur fabriqué à partir des matières volatiles contenues à la fois dans les matériaux carbonés localisés et dans les matériaux carbonés fins, vers le réacteur de réduction. <sub/
