Abstract

La présente invention vise à permettre la production d'un profilé creux (3) au moyen d'éléments et/ou de jonctions secondaires de formation (4), dans lequel l'enveloppe (11) de l'élément et/ou la jonction secondaire de formation (4) peut être enlevé(e) d'une manière simple et fiable. A cet effet, l'enveloppe (11) de l'élément et/ou de la jonction secondaire de formation (4) est enlevé(e) sous pression interne élevée qui ne dépasse pas la pression de formation pour la production du profilé creux (3) à partir de l'ébauche, le retrait étant effectué par le seul levage du contre-moule (5, 17) qui agit dans le sens opposé de l'expansion de profil creux (3). La face (8) du contre-moule (5, 17) est une structure uniforme continue, et le bord d'extrémité (12, 21) du moule (5, 17) forme un contour de séparation. La largeur de l'espace annulaire (22) entre la paroi (14) du passage (7) produit par l'outil de formation (2) dans lequel le moule est guidé en déplacement et la circonférence du moule (13) correspond plus ou moins à l'épaisseur de paroi de l'élément et/ou la jonction secondaire de formation (4).
