Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la déshumidification ainsi que pour l'injection et le moulage de matières plastiques en granulés. Ledit procédé fait appel à une étape de déshumidification (1a) dans laquelle les granulés sont déshumidifiés par contact avec l'air à une température de déshumidification, et à une étape ultérieure d'injection et de moulage (1b) dans laquelle les granulés issus de l'étape de déshumidification sont chauffés à une température de moulage supérieure à la température de déshumidification et sont ensuite injectés dans un moule. Entre l'étape de déshumidification et l'étape d'injection et de moulage vient une étape de chauffage (20), dans laquelle les granulés sont chauffés, en l'absence sensible d'oxygène, à une température d'alimentation comprise entre la température de déshumidification et la température de moulage. L'invention concerne également un équipement (1) fonctionnant conformément au procédé.
