Abstract
L'invention concerne un mélangeur statique hydrodynamique à tuyau intérieur ondulé qui permet d'obtenir un mélangeur statique faisant intervenir un tuyau spiralé, en serpentin ou incurvé afin d'assurer un mélange dynamique de fluides d'écoulement pendant que ces derniers sont pompés dans le tuyau. Un mélange à faible cisaillement délicat mais efficace est produit par des courants secondaires axiaux et radiaux induits par des forces gravitationnelle et centrifuge agissant sur les composants liquides et solides du fluide coulant dans le tuyau ondulé. La vigueur du mélange et la résistance au flux augmentent avec le rapport grandeur/pas de l'ondulation. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation associé pour l'extraction de bitume à partir de sables bitumineux.
