Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'hydrocarbures qui consiste: a) à soumettre une charge (10) d'hydrocarbures à un reformage à la vapeur consistant: à diviser la charge en un premier (12) et un deuxième (13) flux, à mélanger le premier flux à de la vapeur (16), à faire passer le mélange du premier flux et de la vapeur sur un catalyseur disposé dans des tubes chauffés situés dans un reformeur à échange de chaleur (28) afin que soit formé un gaz de reformage primaire (30), à former un flux d'alimentation de reformeur secondaire (40) qui comprend le gaz de reformage primaire et le deuxième flux d'hydrocarbures, à procéder à la combustion partielle du flux d'alimentation de reformeur secondaire avec un gaz (44) contenant de l'oxygène et à amener le gaz partiellement brûlé obtenu à un équilibre sur un deuxième catalyseur de reformage, et à utiliser le gaz de reformage secondaire obtenu (48) afin de chauffer les tubes du reformeur à échange de chaleur, ce qui permet d'obtenir un gaz de reformage partiellement refroidi; b) à refroidir le gaz de reformage partiellement refroidi au-dessous du point de rosée de la vapeur afin que l'eau se condense, et à séparer l'eau condensée (56) de manière à obtenir un gaz de synthèse déshydraté (58); c) à synthétiser les hydrocarbures à partir du gaz de synthèse déshydraté par réaction Fischer-Tropsch, et à séparer au moins une partie des hydrocarbures synthétisés, afin d'obtenir un gaz résiduaire (70); et d) à incorporer au moins une partie dudit gaz résiduaire dans le flux d'alimentation de reformeur secondaire avant combustion partielle de celui-ci.
