Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de bouchage par couvercle à ressort (30 ; 100 ; 200) pour récipients, comprenant un corps de fermeture (32 ; 214) qui présente sur sa face supérieure, un épaulement annulaire (42 ; 108 ; 212), ainsi qu'un canal de passage (38) qui débouche dans une ouverture de sortie (50), un couvercle à ressort (34 ; 114 ; 208), muni d'une enveloppe (48 ; 112 ; 216) pouvant pivoter à l'aide d'une charnière (56), entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, une cavité radiale (58 ; 118 ; 220) de l'enveloppe du couvercle (48 ; 112 ; 216), prévue sur la face avant du couvercle à ressort (34 ; 114 ; 208) et qui s'étend sur une partie de la périphérie du couvercle à ressort (34 ; 114 ; 208), un élément garantissant l'inviolabilité (60 ; 104 ; 204) qui s'étend dans le sens périphérique sur l'épaulement annulaire (42 ; 108 ; 212) du corps de fermeture (32 ; 214) et est fixé par son arête inférieure sur l'épaulement annulaire (42 ; 108 ; 212), par l'intermédiaire de points destinés à la rupture (64), et fait saillie en arc dans la cavité (58 ; 118 ; 220) de l'enveloppe du couvercle (48 ; 112 ; 216), en position de fermeture originale du couvercle à ressort (34 ; 114 ; 208). Pour former une ouverture destinée à la rupture (66), la longueur périphérique de la cavité (58 ; 118 ; 220) de l'enveloppe du couvercle (48 ; 112 ; 216) est supérieure à la longueur périphérique de la bande de l'élément garantissant l'inviolabilité (60 ; 104 ; 204), du moins dans un sens périphérique de l'enveloppe du couvercle (48 ; 112 ; 216). La bande de l'élément garantissant l'inviolabilité (60 ; 104 ; 204) est protégée, dans une position indiquant l'état d'inviolabilité, par un dispositif (68 ; 70 ; 72 ; 74 ; 76 ; 78 ; 80 ; 82 ; 106 ; 108 ; 110 ; 202 ; 206 ; 210), par lequel la bande de l'élément garantissant l'inviolabilité (60 ; 104 ; 204) est connectée par liaison de forme et/ou de force au couvercle à ressort (34 ; 114 ; 208).
