Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de maintenir le comportement machine dans une machine à papier ou à carton, laquelle comprend deux ou plus de deux complexes de parties successives, du type: partie formation de bande (10), partie presse (11), sécheuse (12) et dispositif de finissage (13). Un tel complexe (10-13) assure les opérations suivantes: (i) opérations de nettoyage, (ii) vérification du niveau de propreté, (iii) poursuite de la procédure depuis l'étape (i) si le niveau de propreté ne correspond pas aux critères établis, ou bien (iv) acceptation du niveau de propreté. La vérification du niveau de propreté est accomplie en vision par ordinateur compte tenu des observations que fournit cette vision, et comparée avec une valeur de critère établi, par rapport au niveau de propreté requis, et la procédure se poursuit, si la propreté est insuffisante par rapport à cette valeur, à partir de l'étape (i), ou bien le niveau de propreté est accepté (iv).
