Abstract

Système de commande de moteur de cercleuse soudeuse, basé sur le principe du nombre de rotations du moteur de soudeuse. Le système est utilisé dans une cercleuse du type comportant un bâti, une enclume montée sur le bâti et amovible par rapport à celui-ci, un élément d'étanchéité prévu pour le mouvement d'oscillation par rapport à l'enclume, ainsi qu'un moteur relié opérationnellement à l'élément d'étanchéité pour permettre à celui-ci d'osciller. Le mouvement de l'élément d'étanchéité scelle les rangs sus-jacents de matériau de cerclage les uns aux autres. Le système de commande comprend un élément sensible situé sur une partie tournante du moteur, un capteur produisant un signal à chaque captage de l'élément sensible, un compteur relié opérationnellement au capteur pour compter les captages et un contrôleur du fonctionnement du moteur répondant au décompte des captages réalisés par l'élément sensible. Une méthode de commande du moteur est également présentée.
