Abstract
Camion semi-remorque amélioré comportant un véhicule tracteur et une remorque, où le véhicule tracteur comprend un moteur à combustion interne; l'amélioration réside dans une transmission électrique disposée de façon à entraîner au moins quelques-unes des roues sur au moins un des essieux de la remorque, au moyen d'un dispositif de commande qui y est associé. Cette disposition permet de disposer de plus de puissance dans des situations où cette puissance supplémentaire est requise et peut, dans le cas de moteurs d'entraînement électriques montés directement sur les roues, assurer un meilleur freinage.
