Abstract

On prépare de la (1S-cis)-4-(3,4-dichlorophényl)-1,2,3,4-tétrahydro-N-méthyl-1-naphtalènamine (sertraline), en hydrogénant de la N-[4-(3,4-dichlorophényl)-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphtalènylidène]méthanamine en présence d'un inhibiteur de déhalogénation, par exemple à base de triphénylphosphite ou de triméthylphosphite, et d'un catalyseur.
