Abstract

L'invention concerne un injecteur sans aiguille permettant l'injection d'un fluide à travers une surface. Cet injecteur comprend un corps, un dispositif d'actionnement, un moteur et un déclencheur. Le corps contient un fluide et le moteur contient un gaz comprimé. Lorsqu'une force suffisante est appliquée sur le déclencheur, le gaz comprimé est libéré du moteur et force l'élément d'actionnement à avancer à travers l'intérieur du corps, ce qui provoque l'éjection du liquide hors du corps à une vitesse suffisante pour percer la surface d'injection. Dans une première forme de réalisation, cet injecteur sans aiguille comprend un mécanisme permettant d'atténuer le recul provoqué par la libération du gaz hors du moteur. Dans une seconde forme de réalisation,, le corps comprend des appuis pour les doigts qui assurent le stabilité et la résistance nécessaire à l'activation du dispositif. Dans une troisième forme de réalisation, le moteur est équipé d'une soupape réutilisable. Dans une quatrième forme de réalisation, une bride de sécurité installée sur le corps empêche l'activation accidentelle du dispositif.
