Abstract
A simplified packaging arrangement particularly for shirts and the like, comprising a sheet-like element (1) having, in a median portion, a folding region (2) for separating a back portion (4) and a front portion (5), which can be folded onto the back portion (4) in order to form the region for containing a shirt (10) and the like. Elements (11) for supporting and reinforcing the shirt (10) and the like are formed monolithically with the sheet-like element (1).
Description
PACKAGING ARRANGEMENT FOR SHIRTS AND THE LIKE
Technical Field The present invention relates to a simplified packaging arrangement s particularly for shirts and the like.
Background art It is known that shirts are currently packaged by inserting the shirt in an envelope-like container; the shirt is in practice folded over an internal stiffening element, then supports for the neck and the like, constituted by to separate elements, are fitted, and optionally the shirt is then placed inside a cardboard or cellophane box.
This type of packaging is quite expensive, since it requires the use of a plurality of separate elements and also does not allow quick packaging of the shirt owing to the stiffening element, which must be arranged inside the shirt is and constitutes a separate element.
Disclosure of the invention The aim of the invention is to solve the above noted problems, by providing a simplified packaging arrangement particularly for shirts and the like, which allows to package the shirt with a single element that provides ao both shirt containment and shirt shaping.
Within this aim, a particular object of the invention is to provide a simplified packaging arrangement that allows to reduce shirt packaging times significantly yet leads to precise positioning of the shirt and to adequate protection thereof.
2s Another object of the present invention is to provide a simplified packaging arrangement which, by way of its particular constructive characteristics, is capable of giving the greatest assurances of reliability and safety in use.
Another obj ect of the present invention is to provide a simplified 3o packaging arrangement that can be obtained easily starting from commonly commercially available elements and materials and is also competitive from a merely economic standpoint.
This aim and these and other objects that will become better apparent hereinafter are achieved by a simplified packaging arrangement particularly s for shirts and the like, according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises a sheet-like element having, in a median portion, a folding region for forming a back portion and a front portion, which can be folded onto said back portion in order to form the region for containing a shirt and the like, elements for supporting said shirt and the like being formed monolithically to with said sheet-like element.
Brief description of the drawings Further characteristics and advantages will become better apparent from the detailed description of a simplified packaging arrangement particularly for shirts and the like, illustrated only by way of non-limitative example in is the accompanying drawings, wherein:
Figure 1 is a view of the packaging arrangement according to the invention in the flattened position;
Figure 2 is a view of the packaging arrangement during the insertion of the shirt;
~o Figure 3 is a view of the packaging arrangement in the closed position;
Figure 4 is a sectional view, taken along the line IV-IV of Figure 2;
Figure 5 is a sectional view, taken along the line V-V of Figure 3.
Ways of carrying out the invention With reference to the figures, the simplified packaging arrangement Zs particularly for shirts and the like, according to the invention, comprises a sheet-like element, generally designated by the reference numeral 1, which can be made of plastics, cardboard, cellophane and other elements in sheet form normally used to package products.
The sheet-like element 1 forms, in a median portion, a folding region, 3o generally designated by the reference numeral 2, which is provided by means of a plurality of folding lines 3, which constitute an accordion-like region.
The folding region 2 in practice separates a back portion 4 and a front portion 5, which can be folded onto the back portion 4 and can be connected s thereto by means of detachable connection elements described hereinafter.
The front portion 5, folded onto the back portion 4, provides the containment region for a shirt and the like, generally designated by the reference numeral 10, which is accommodated in the containment region and is retained by means of supporting elements, which are provided by means so of flaps 11 formed monolithically with the front portion inside a cutout 12 where the collar 10a of the shirt is accommodated.
In this manner, the reinforcement elements that are inserted under the collar in order to keep it in shape and retain the shirt in position are provided directly.
15 The connection elements, as shown in Figure 2, can be constituted by snap-acting locking elements, such as press-studs or the like, designated by the reference numeral 20, or optionally can be provided, as shown in Figure 3, by means of a tab 21 that is inserted under a slit 22 provided correspondingly on the opposite portion.
ao Furthermore, the connection means can be constituted by an elastic band, which is connected, at its ends, to the back portion and is capable of surrounding the front portion when closed.
The press-studs can be replaced with portions of hook-and-loop tape fixed to the back portion and to the front portion.
as Advantageously, it is possible to provide a covering element, designated by the reference numeral 30, on the extension of the back portion 4, said element being provided with lugs 31 which are inserted, during closure, under slits 32 formed in the front portion so as to obtain, as shown in Figure 3, in practice a cover for the collar 10a of the shirt 10.
so Optionally, it is also possible to provide, between the back portion 4 and the covering element 30, a slit 40 for the insertion of conventional hanging means fox the resulting packaging arrangement.
With the described arrangement, therefore, it is possible, starting from a single sheet-like element, to provide an element for packaging the shirt that s is extremely practical and also allows, without using additional elements, to retain and reinforce the shirt, so as to obtain an ideal presentation thereof.
In practice, the materials used, as well as the contingent shapes and dimensions, may be any according to requirements.
