Abstract

L'invention concerne un raccord ou dispositif de raccordement à compression destiné au raccordement d'extrémités de tuyaux. Ledit dispositif de raccordement comprend plusieurs anneaux inclinables (17, 18) dans lesquels les extrémités (6,8) de tuyaux peuvent venir se loger de façon amovible et un logement (11) d'étanchéification fluidique. Ledit logement (11) d'étanchéification fluidique recouvre lesdits anneaux (17,18). On empêche tout mouvement latéral de ces anneaux (17,18) sur un côté au moyen d'une patte (5) que l'on insère dans une ouverture (7) ménagée dans le logement (11). Lorsqu'on applique une force d'arrachement au niveau de l'extrémité (6 ou 8) des tuyaux, le logement (11) retient chaque anneau (17,18) d'un côté, ce qui provoque l'inclinaison de chaque anneau par rapport à une position sensiblement perpendiculaire au logement. Cette inclinaison réduit la section latérale effective de chaque anneau (17,18), ce qui provoque l'application d'une force de compression sur l'extrémité (6) de tuyau associée, et donc le maintien de l'extrémité (6) du tuyau dans le logement. Pour extraire ensuite l'extrémité (6) du tuyau du logement (11), on applique une force destinée à annuler l'inclinaison des anneaux (17, 18).
