Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble colonne de chromatographie comprenant une cartouche à une seule extrémité renfermant une substance absorbante, un logement de colonne conçu pour recevoir la cartouche et une tête de compression servant à fermer ladite cartouche. Cette cartouche comprend un logement présentant une extrémité ouverte et une extrémité fermée, un tube d'admission, qui s'étend de l'extrémité ouverte vers l'extrémité fermée du logement de la cartouche, et présente un raccordement fluidique au tube d'admission, ainsi qu'une substance absorbante déposée dans le volume intérieur du logement de la cartouche. Des éléments filtrants peuvent être placés à des extrémités opposées de la substance absorbante. La tête de compression peut comprendre un dispositif répartiteur de flux fournissant un raccordement fluidique entre l'extrémité supérieure de la cartouche et une sortie.
