Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de surfaces métalliques à revêtement, selon lequel la vitesse d'application de revêtement est d'au moins 25 m à la minute lors de l'application d'une substance de prétraitement sur une surface métallique nettoyée et/ou mordancée. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une substance de prétraitement est appliquée sur au moins une surface d'un corps métallique, après nettoyage et/ou mordançage de la surface métallique à traiter, au moins une couche de peinture étant ensuite appliquée sur une partie de la surface prétraitée. Selon ledit procédé, le revêtement obtenu uniquement à l'aide d'une substance de prétraitement, et non d'une peinture, est utilisé comme couche de traitement à la place d'une couche primaire et de prétraitement. La présente invention concerne en outre un autre procédé de fabrication de surfaces métalliques à revêtement, selon lequel la vitesse d'application de revêtement est d'au moins 25 m à la minute lors de l'application d'une substance de prétraitement sur une surface métallique nettoyée et/ou mordancée. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une substance de prétraitement est appliquée sur au moins une surface d'un corps métallique, après nettoyage et/ou mordançage de la surface métallique à traiter, au moins une couche de peinture étant ensuite appliquée sur au moins une partie de la surface prétraitée. Selon ledit procédé, le revêtement traité à l'aide d'une substance de prétraitement est utilisé comme couche de traitement à la place d'une couche primaire et de prétraitement.
