Abstract

L'invention concerne l'hydrodésulfuration de naphta comprenant soit une dépressurisation à haute température, soit une chauffage régulé pour l'élimination de mercaptans. D'une manière plus spécifique, l'invention concerne un procédé d'hydrodésulfuration de naphta, dans lequel le naphta chaud sortant du réacteur de désulfuration (12) contient des mercaptans, dont la plupart sont éliminés sans perte d'oléfines, par dépressurisation du naphta chaud (14), par traitement thermique du naphta chaud ou par une combinaison de ces procédés. Le naphta désulfuré peut être refroidi et condensé en un liquide, séparé du H2S gazeux, rectifié et envoyé dans un bassin d'essence.
