Description
, i < ,1I CONDITIONING DEVICE COMPRISING FIBERS AND
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FIBERS
The present invention relates to the application of a product, in particular a cosmetic or care product, on the skin or integuments.
The present invention relates in particular to the fibers used for the application of a product or as a load in a product.
There is a need to dispose of fibers, especially hair of brush, brush or flocking, capable of loading with a quantity relatively large product in order, for example, to increase the autonomy an applicator.
There is also a need for brush bristles to mascara capable of gripping the eyelashes, for example to smooth the product to their surface or bend them.
There is also a need to improve the conservation of a product cosmetic or care.
There is also a need to create new conditions application of a cosmetic product or care using fibers and, the case appropriate, new makeup effects.
Finally, there is a need to retard the drying of a product cosmetic or care deposited on an applicator, especially when it is not reintroduced quickly into its container or must be stored in a humid atmosphere under a tight hood.
EP-A-1,099,394 discloses applicators comprising filled hairs particles forming asperities on all or part of their surface. he exists a need to further perfect these applicators.
The invention aims in particular to meet all or part of the needs supra.
The present invention is directed to a device for conditioning or applying cosmetic product or care, characterized by the fact that it includes fibers having particles capable of absorbing at least their weights a the contained in the product or at least their weight of a compound in solution in a liquid contained in the product, said particles being devoid of of cotton.
These particles may be able to absorb at least their weight of a liquid. These particles can, in a . , i <, 1I
j , 1 2 example of implementation of the invention, be devoid of cotton.
By "fiber" is meant for the purposes of the present invention any body generally elongated, for example to form a brush hair to mascara, a flocking coat hair, a brush hair, especially a hair of brush of nail polish or brush for the application of a powder, or to constitute a introduced into a product to be applied to the eyelashes, for example to to lengthen them.
The fibers may be relatively flexible, see elastically deformable, and be made of a synthetic material.
The aforementioned liquid may be a cosmetically acceptable liquid, for example example of water or an oil or an aqueous solution, alcoholic or oily up to be applied to the human body, this list not being exhaustive.
This liquid can be contained in the product to be applied.
At least one of said fibers may have a cross section substantially constant, being for example made by extrusion or coextrusion of one or several thermoplastics and / or elastomers. The fiber can be produced by coextrusion of two synthetic materials, one of them being loaded example with the aforementioned particles. These may be present at least at the surface at least part of the fibers, on their surface only or dispersed within the plastic material.
In a particular embodiment, the particles are capable of increasing volume in contact with the product to be applied, being for example capable of inflate contact with a solvent contained in the product to be applied, this solvent being example of the water. This increase in volume can be used to create on the surface of the fiber surface irregularities, capable of forming zones of retention of product, which is advantageous when the fibers are used for the application and are soaked in a container containing a reserve of cosmetic product or care.
The use of particles capable of absorbing liquid, possibly swelling in contact with it or dissolving in contact with the liquid may to permit, to allow (to create on the fiber preferred anchoring zones of the cosmetic product or care at to apply, in particular by affinity, particles with respect to compounds hydrophilic or lipophilic content in the product. So, the product can hang more fiber and the applicator is likely to carry a larger quantity.

The presence of particles capable of absorbing liquid and possibly swelling in contact with the latter may also be useful for delaying the drying of cosmetic product or care present on the surface of the fiber, since as and as you go evaporation of a solvent contained in the cosmetic or care product, for example of water, the particles that have absorbed this liquid may release it into the product present around the fiber. Delaying the drying out of the product present at surface of an applicator is advantageous because it not only allows increase autonomy of the applicator but also to delay its drying when this one is not immersed in the product in the absence of use, but simply protected by a protective cover for example.
The particles may be, for example, in dry crystallized form and may be able to soften on contact with a liquid, in particular a liquid contained in the product to apply. This can make fiber more flexible after absorption of liquid, for example water. By choosing the nature of the particles and the quantity introduced, one can manufacture fibers with the desired flexibility.
The particles can absorb for example at least their weight in liquid, this one being for example water.
As a material that can be used to make particles suitable for increase in volume in contact with the product to be applied, especially in contact with the water, this list is not exhaustive: polymers Hydrogonflants or lipogonflants, super absorbent cross-linked polyacrylates with a high swelling in water, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxyvinyl polymers, derivatives semi-synthetics of cellulose, starches, bio-gums, bio-saccharides, sclers glucans, casein, phytocolloids such as alginates, gelatin, Gelanes, the xantane, laponite, silicas, especially colloidal silica, or mixtures of these this.
Super absorbent materials that absorb at least two, for example ten or fifty or more than a hundred times their weight of liquid, by example of water, such as polyacrylates, can be used.
The particles, before swelling, may have a granulometry for example between 0.1 and 300 m, even between 5 and 200 m, or even between 10 and 150 m.
4 I
The particle size of these particles will be chosen according to the roughness desired after swelling.
The mass proportion of said particles can be between 0 and 20%, being preferably less than or equal to 6%, dry, relative to the weight total fiber, before swelling.
To produce the fibers, the material used can be chosen so as to ability to swell in contact with the product to be applied, for example in the to have a relative volume increase of 15%.
It can be used as a plastic material, to achieve at least one of fibers, a plastic material chosen from the following: polyamides, PET, acetates, PE, PP, PVC, amide block polyester, plasticized Rilsan, elastomers, especially elastomers of polyester, PE elastomers, silicone elastomers, nitrile elastomers, or one mixture of these materials.
In a particular embodiment, at least one of the fibers comprises particles capable of dissolving in contact with a liquid, for example water.
The particles may be water-soluble or fat-soluble. The dissolution of these particles causes the appearance of a roughness on the surface of the fiber and the case appropriate even makes the porous fiber. The initial particle size of these particles can be understood between 0.1 and 300 m.
At least one of the fibers may contain particles capable of absorbing liquid such as water, with or without swelling. The use of such particles can be advantageous in that it allows one or more fibers to be pumped into the fiber compounds for example to give the latter biocidal properties, especially bactericides. In particular, the fiber may contain particles capable of absorb preservatives in solution in a liquid, especially in aqueous solution.
The proportion of particles capable of absorbing a liquid or a compound solution in a liquid may be in a mass proportion included, before setting contact of the fiber with this liquid, between 0 and 20%, or even between 0 and 6%, related to total weight of the fiber.
The fiber may have various cross-sections, for example example a form chosen among the following ones: of revolution or not, in circle, square solid or hollow, in disc with groove possibly, in solid triangle or hollow, in , i! ; 1 I CA 02389556 2001-06-04 solid or hollow star, in U, in V, in I, in T, in Z, in -, in +, reniform, at three branches, full, hollow, or a combination of these forms. The fiber can be Twisted.
At least one fiber may be substantially untapered.
The packaging and application device using fibers according to
The invention may or may not include a wiper member.
The fibers according to the invention may belong to an applicator suitable for load in product, as explained above.
This applicator may be a mascara brush and at least one of the brush is constituted by a fiber according to the invention.
As explained above, the presence of particles capable of absorbing liquid and / or swell in contact with a liquid or dissolve in a liquid can allow to confer to the bristles of the brush a certain roughness or porosity which promotes the snagging of the mascara and delays its drying. Particles, especially when they are film-forming, can also deposit on the surface of the eyelashes a movie that allows for example to improve the hold of the eyelashes or their appearance or promote sliding of the applicator.
The applicator may also, alternatively, be constituted by a brush and Mon at least one of the bristles of the brush is constituted by one of said fibers.
The application conditioning device may comprise a coating flocking which at least one of the bristles is constituted by one of said fibers. Such flocking coating may at least partially cover one of the elements choose among the following: the teeth of a comb, the bristles of a brush, a wiper, a foam, a sponge, a perforated film or not, a tip, rigid or flexible, including a tip elastomer, woven or nonwoven The diameter of the fibers may be for example between 0.5 and 500 m, even 50 and 500 m depending on the use that is made of it, and their length can to be understood for example between 0.5 and 50 mm, for example.
Fibers can also be a load in a product cosmetics or care products, in particular mascara, in which case the fibers contribute to the lengthening of the eyelashes. Incorporating capable particles to absorb a liquid and / or to swell in contact with the latter in the fibers can then help to improve holding the fibers on the eyelashes, for example.
,-6 It may also be advantageous to introduce into fibers magnetic or magnetizable particles.
Magnetized or magnetizable particles can be introduced into the same fibers that already contain particles capable of to absorb a liquid or to swell in contact with a liquid or to dissolve in a liquid or alternatively, the conditioning device and / or application may contain fibers containing only particles magnetic fibers and other fibers containing particles capable of absorbing liquid, swelling on contact with a liquid or dissolving in a liquid.
The magnetic particles may be particles coated with a resin, for example cyanoacrylate, or be made by depositing a substance magnetic on a non-magnetic support, for example a glass microbead or a wood fiber.
The fact that the fibers have magnetic properties can facilitate the collection of the product, improve the application on the treated surface or create new makeup effects, the case ecf iéant.
Magnetic properties can also promote penetration of active ingredients by promoting microcirculation.
The fibers can be fixed or mobile.
The fibers may be free of cotton, as indicated above.
They can also be free of clay and silica.
The present invention also aims at a process for manufacturing a fiber used in a packaging or application device such as defined, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
extruding or coextruding a plastic fiber comprising particles capable of absorbing a liquid or a compound in solution in this liquid, bringing the fiber into contact with said liquid.
In a particular implementation of this method, use is made of particles capable of swelling in contact with said liquid, and their 6a granulometry so as to impart to the fiber, after swelling of said particles, a predefined roughness.
Always in a particular implementation, when the particles are able to absorb a preservative in solution in a liquid, it is the fibers in contact with this liquid so that the fibers are loaded in Conservative. The 1p; 1I

In another example of setting oruvre, one extrudes or coextrudes a fiber made of plastic material having particles capable of dissolving in liquid, in particular water, and said particles can be dissolved at least partially from to form roughnesses on the surface of the fiber.
The subject of the invention is also a fiber that can be used as brush hair, brush or flocking in a packaging device and / or application of a cosmetic or care product, characterized by the fact that it comprises material synthetic particles capable of absorbing at least their weight of a liquid or a compound in solution in this liquid or capable of dissolving in a liquid.
The subject of the invention is also a porous or rough fiber, obtained especially by the method above.

FIGS. 1A to 9R show fibers according to the invention may be used in a conditioning device and / or application as shown in one of Figures 12 to 26, for example.
These fibers are produced, in the example described, by extrusion of a material thermoplastic 11 containing a charge of particles capable of absorbing a liquid or a compound in solution in this liquid or dissolving in a liquid, and optionally a charge of particles having magnetic properties.
FIG. 1A shows a fiber comprising a charge of particles of a hydrogonflux compound, before contacting the fiber with a liquid, for example water, and in Figure 1B the same fiber after contact with this liquid.
In the example shown, the fiber is full and has a section transversal circular, but could include other sections, as explained further.
The fiber can be made for example by means of an installation represented in FIG. 10, comprising an extruder 20 and a bath 21 of a liquid from cooling in which are immersed the fibers at their output from the extruder.
The swelling of the particles 30 makes it possible to produce a relief on the surface of the fiber, such relief being useful in particular to allow the fiber to be load with a higher amount of product or to hang the eyelashes further in the case where the fiber is 1 a ,,., 1 I

L'utilisation de particules capables d'absorber un liquide, notamment de 9 used as a mascara brush hair, for example.
The particles may also be useful for absorbing within the fiber one or more substances, for example preservatives or actives cosmetic or dermatological.
In particular, it is possible to introduce into the bath 21 used for cooling the fibers at their exit from the extruder one or more compounds solubilized in the liquid of the bath, for example preservatives, these compounds being absorbed by the particles 30 when the fibers dive into the bath 21. Thus, the fibers leaving the bath 21 are charged with the compounds that have been pumped by the particles 30 contained in the fibers. These compounds can then be gradually released by contact a cosmetic or care product, in order to improve its preservation, by example. The fibers can be dehydrated at the outlet of the bath 21.
The fibers may still contain, possibly in addition to particles 30, soluble particles 40 in a liquid, for example bath water 21 used for cool the fibers out of the extruder. These particles 40 can to be constituted for example by a salt, or a soluble sugar in the liquid used, or even gelatin when the liquid is water. FIG. 2A shows a fiber containing such particles 40, before dissolution, that is to say for example just at the Release extruder 20 and in FIG. 2B the same fiber after passing through the bath 21. On note that the soluble particles 40 that were present on the surface of the fiber have dissolved by the bath liquid 21, creating a roughness on the surface of the fiber, even making the fiber porous. Such roughness or porosity can be used to increase loading the fiber product, for example. Roughness or porosity obtained will depend on the initial particle size of the particles 40. The particles 40 can also be partially dissolved as they leave bath 21, so they continue to dissolve in contact with the cosmetic product or care present their area. The particles 40 may consist of one or more substances having a cosmetic or dermatological effect. In this case, the dissolution of the particles 40 to contact of the product may be accompanied by the release of these substances on the surface treated. The fibers may, if necessary, be exposed to shocks aimed at provoke or to facilitate the departure of the particles 40 present on the surface.
The particles 40 can still be made of a material which is not I 1,, 1 I
soluble in the bath water 21 but which is only soluble, gradually, in the cosmetic product or care present in contact with the fibers.
It is also possible to introduce into the fiber particles capable of jell in contact with a liquid, so as to form a layer of ge151 on the surface fiber, 5 as shown in FIG. 3. Such a gel layer 51 can modify by example the affinity of the fiber with the cosmetic or care product in contact with it.
The gel can still be deposited on the treated surface, for example the eyelashes, to improve their outfit, their appearance or the sliding of the applicator to their contact.
The use of particles capable of absorbing a liquid, in particular
Les fibres peuvent comporter en outre des particules magnétiques 12 dispersées de manière sensiblement homogène au sein de la matière plastique Water can still have the advantage of delaying the drying of a composition cosmetics or care on the surface of the fiber, when the liquid absorbed by the particles is likely to be released gradually to compensate for evaporation a solvent contained in the composition.
The use of particles 30, 40 or 50 can also make it possible to create the fiber surface of the preferred anchor zones for the product, by example thanks to the affinity of the particles used with respect to hydrophilic compounds or lipophilic content in the product. The latter may optionally be an oil / water emulsion and fibers absorb only oil or water, and more generally absorb a component of selectively produced.
The particles 30, 40 or 50 may, if appropriate, be present at the area only fibers, as illustrated in Figure 4.
The initial particle size of the particles 30, 40 or 50 is understood by example between 1 and 300 m, even between 5 and 200 m, or even between 10 and 150 m. The proportion of particles 30, 40 or 50 is for example between 0 and 20 % in mass, or between 0 and 6% by mass, dry.
The fibers may further comprise magnetic particles 12 dispersed substantially homogeneously within the plastics material
11.
Les particules magnétiques 12 peuvent encore être déposées uniquement à la surface des fibres, par un procédé approprié, par exemple d'enduction, comme illustré à la figure 8A ou confinées à l'intérieur de la fibre, comme illustré à la figure 8B. On peut également remplacer les particules magnétiques par un noyau central 14, comme illustré à
la figure 8C.
I;, 1 I
Magnetic particles 12 can still be deposited only at the fiber surface, by a suitable method, for example coating, as illustrated at FIG. 8A or confined inside the fiber, as illustrated in FIG.
8B. We can also replace the magnetic particles with a central core 14, as illustrated at Figure 8C.
I ;, 1 I
The mass proportion of magnetic particles can be understood by example between 0.2 and 30%.
It is possible to use as magnetic materials a material chosen from following list: soft magnetic materials, hard magnetic materials, ferrites zinc, nickel or manganese, rare earths, sulphate of barium, silicon iron alloys, cobalt iron, optionally loaded with molybdenum, or a mix of these materials. The magnetic particles 12 can be made by fragmentation of a magnetic substance or by depositing a magnetic substance M on a body C
non-magnetic, for example a microbead or a wood fiber as illustrated on the Figure 32. Magnetic particles may still have a nucleus magnetic M
and a non-magnetic outer layer R, for example a layer of resin, especially cyanoacrylate, as shown in FIG.

The fibers can be given very different cross sections, other than full circle, as will now be described with reference to the figures 9A to 9R.
The fibers can be extruded with a flat cross-section, as shown in FIG. 9A, in a cross shape as represented in FIG. 9B, in star shape to three branches, as shown in Figure 9C. Fibers can present a section hollow, as shown in Figure 9D or full with a groove capillary, as illustrated in Figure 9E. Fibers may still have a section U-shaped cross as illustrated in FIG. 9F, an I-shaped cross-section as illustrated on the face 9H, in T as illustrated in FIG. 91, in V as illustrated in FIG.
9J, in Z
as illustrated in FIG. 9K or a combination of the aforementioned forms, by example the combination shown in FIG. 9G of the shapes corresponding to FIGS. 9B
and 9C.
FIG. 9L shows a fiber of square and hollow section, on the figure 9M a fiber of square section and full, in Figure 9N a fiber of section in star and hollow, in FIG. 9P, a fiber of triangular and hollow section, in FIG. 9Q
a fiber of 11i 1 section forming grooves at its periphery and in Figure 9R a fiber having a section kidney-shaped.
When the fibers contain magnetic particles, the fibers can exposed to a magnetizing magnetic field at the outlet of bath 21, way of a magnetization device 60, as illustrated in FIG.
example of being magnetized with a predefined polarity. The magnetization of fibers, the case appropriate, can also take place after incorporation of these fibers into a device of packaging and / or application, by submitting this device or a batch of these devices to a magnetization field. Not magnetizing the fibers only once these in place in the packaging device and / or application may allow to facilitate manufacturing by limiting the risk of agglomeration of fibers.
The fibers can be used in various applicators and devices conditioning, as will now be described.
FIG. 12 shows a packaging device and 100, comprising a container 101 for containing a product P to apply such mascara and an applicator 102. The container 101 is provided with an organ spin 106 which may, in a variant not shown, be flocked. The applicator 102 includes a rod 103, provided at one end with a gripping member 104 constituting also a closing cap of the container 101 and at the other end of a brush 105. This the last consists of a core constituted by a twisted wire, in the turns of which are retained hairs consisting of fibers that have just been described, with or not magnetic particles.
In the case where the fibers comprise magnetic particles, the poles magnetic brush can be oriented for example in the axis of the rod 103 or perpendicularly to the axis of the rod 103. The twisted core can be realized in one non-magnetic material such as a non-magnetic stainless steel or alternatively in a material having magnetic properties. The soul can thus interact magnetically with hairs. The bristles of the brush 105 can be magnetized, so that the magnetization of a hair of the brush exerts an action on the neighboring hairs, magnetic interactions between the hairs that can be used for example to give the hairs guidance required.
Depending on the orientation of the magnetic poles of the brush, the effect on hair orientation will be different. By way of example, there is illustrated in FIGS. 28A and 28B
the effect of 1; 1I

une 13 lateral deviation of the bristles of the brush in case of magnetic field transverse.
The magnetization of the hairs can also be used only for exercise during the application of the product on the eyelashes a magnetic field having an action beneficial on these or on a part of the face, for example the eyelids. Field magnetic exercised by the bristles of the brush is likely to evolve over time, especially when the configuration of the brush is changed, for example during withdrawal from the applicator or during application. Product P may have properties magnetic, for example contain magnetizable or magnetized particles.
In the case where the product P has magnetic properties, having hair brush that also have magnetic properties can help to promote the loading the brush into product, for example by attraction of the product by the hairs of the brush. The product may still contain fibers or glitter presenting magnetic properties and the applicator interact magnetically with these glitter, for bring them for example in a particular orientation at the time of the application, so for example to promote the sliding of the applicator.
FIG. 13 shows a device 110 for packaging and the application of a nail polish, comprising a container 111 and a applicator 112 comprising a rod 113 provided at one end with a gripping element 114 also constituting a closing cap of the container and to the other end of a brush 115 comprising a relatively bundled bundle of bristles. These latter are made from fibers according to the invention with or without properties which can be used to bring hairs brush 115 in a predefined orientation, in order to facilitate the brush loading 115 produces or exerts an action on the treated surface. Where appropriate, the interactions Magnetic between the bristles of the brush, according to the polarity of the magnetic field of each hair, can help to gather the hairs or on the contrary to remove them.
As for example, there is illustrated very schematically in Figures 29A and 29B an effect spacing of the bristles due to magnetic interactions between the bristles. The product P can have or not magnetic properties.
FIG. 14 shows a packaging device and 120 which comprises a container 121 containing a product P, by example a liquid lipstick, and an applicator 122 having a rod 123 provided with a
figure 22.
Les poils tendent à se dresser sur la surface de l'élément d'application ou à 14 end of a closure cap 124 of the container 121, which also serves member at the other end of an applicator tip 124, covered by a flocking made with fibers according to the invention with or without properties magnetic. The device 120 also comprises a wiper constituted by a block of 125. This foam block may have magnetic properties or no. We may in particular give the foam block 125 a certain magnetization in incorporating in it, magnetic particles. The magnetization of the wiper can serve for example to magnetize the flocking of the nozzle 124 during removal of the applicator 122.
FIG. 15 shows a packaging device and application 130 of a product P, especially a liquid lipstick, with a end 131 covered by a flocking 132 made with fibers according to the invention having magnetic properties or not.
FIG. 16 shows a brush 140 intended for the application of a powder, whose bristles are made with fibers, according to the invention, presenting magnetic properties or not.
FIG. 17 shows an applicator 150 comprising a foam 151 covered on its surface by a flocking 152 consisting of fibers according to the invention, having magnetic properties or not. Such an applicator can serve for example to apply a blush on the skin.
FIG. 18A shows a liquid lipstick applicator 160 having a tip 161 made of flocked elastomer and in FIG.
liner 160 ' also comprising a tip 161 'of flocked elastomer. In both cases, hairs flocking are constituted by fibers according to the invention, exhibiting properties magnetic or not.
The fibers according to the invention can still be used to produce a flocking a puff 170, as illustrated in Figure 19 or a sponge to removing make-up 180, shown in FIG.
The flocking coating can still extend over a film 191 fixed on a foam block 192, as is the case in the applicator 190 shown on Figure 21.
It is also possible to use fibers according to the invention, with or without magnetic properties, in a disc 200 or a towel comprising at least one least one layer 201 of a nonwoven or fabric incorporating said fibers, such as illustrated on the 11 õ ,,; R 1 I
figure 22.
FIG. 23 shows a comb 210 for the application of a product on the eyelashes, with flocked teeth 211. The flocking hairs are made with fibers according to the invention, having magnetic properties or not.
The applicator may comprise one or more monoblock magnets in addition to fibers having magnetic properties.
By way of example, FIG. 24 shows an applicator 220 having a handle 221 on which is fixed a magnet 222. The latter is covered by a block of foam 223, itself coated externally by flocking 224 made of 10 fibers with magnetic properties. The presence of the magnet 222 allows subjecting the flocking hairs 294 to a magnetic field. In particular, hair of flocking which are connected substantially perpendicular to the sub-support underlying can be oriented along the lines of this magnetic field M, as illustrated on the Figure 27. The hairs tend to stand on the surface of the element application or
~1, I I 15 take other orientations depending on the position with respect to the magnet 222, allowing for example to charge with more product the applicator or to make application softer. In addition, when the product is a powder brought into contact with applicator and that the latter has magnetic properties, the particles of powder tend to deposit on the applicator, especially on the fibers, and thus reduces the risk of doing steal the powder and the shattering effect.
FIG. 25 shows a device 230 in which the product is contained in a flexible pouch 231 surmounted by a pump 232. The applicator includes a foam 234, coated on its surface with a flocking 235 and secured to a hood 236. One 237 magnet, housed in the foam 234 is carried by the hood 236. The hairs of the flocking 235 are made with fibers according to the invention, having properties magnetic, and are subjected to the magnetic field of the magnet 237, as in the example of production previous.
Partially shown in FIG. 30 is an applicator 280 comprising a flocked tip 282 housed under a cover 281 in the absence of use.
The use of fibers containing hydroabsorbents or hydrogonflants helps maintain a humid atmosphere under the hood, delaying.the drying of the mouthpiece, which could be replaced by other application elements, for example a brush or a brush.
~ 1, II
16 Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments which have just been given.
In particular, it can be provided between the applicator and the product contained in the container, a sieve 240 as shown in FIG. 26. In this case, the product P can contain magnetic particles 241 and the applicator have properties magnetic, for example because it consists of a flocked tip whose flocking coating is constituted by fibers according to the invention, magnetized. The tip 242 is able to attract the magnetic particles 241 contained in the product. In choosing the mesh size of the sieve 240, we can make sure that these particles magnetic 241 attracted by the tip 242 do not pass through the sieve 240 but move from the product P to the endpiece 242, which makes it possible to improve the loading of the tip 242 in product. Alternatively, the product P itself is magnetic, comprising for example coated magnetic particles, and can pass through mesh of sieve 240.
The fibers can be magnetized for only part of their length.
The packaging and application devices that have just been described may comprise fibers having magnetic properties mixed with fibers having no magnetic properties, charged with particles of a compound liquid absorber and / or able to swell in contact with a liquid, or capable to dissolve in contact with a liquid, this liquid being for example water.
