Abstract

On réalise une soudure à l'arc sur tuyau en acier inoxydable duplex en utilisant un arc électrique non pulsé et un flux de soudage hautement réfractaire. On produit les cordons de soudure, uniformes sur toute leurs longueurs et présentant une structure à phase duplex ainsi qu'un profil recherché, par une seule passe de soudage orbital, même si l'épaisseur de la paroi du tuyau duplex est supérieure à 2 mm.
