Abstract
L'invention concerne un bloc de réaction (1) destiné à loger des récipients de réaction (101), qui comprend un cadre de base (11) et un cadre porteur (21) dans lesquels sont ménagées des ouvertures de réception (224) pour maintenir des récipients de réaction (10). Le cadre porteur (21) est divisé dans la zone comprenant les récipients de réaction (101), en sections (22) individuelles qui, pour former un canal d'écoulement (S), sont disposées à distance latérale les unes par rapport aux autres et par rapport à la paroi (12) du cadre de base (11). Cette configuration permet de faire circuler une substance à travers le canal d'écoulement (S), ladite substance chauffant ou refroidissant les récipients de réaction (101), sans que la position du bloc de réaction (1) en soit modifiée. Il est dès lors possible d'assurer une modification régulière de la température régnant dans tous les récipients de réaction (101) remplis de liquide de réaction (102) et logés dans le bloc de réaction (1).
