Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à l'emballage de produits homogènes qui sont envoyés vers des commerces de détail sous forme d'un emballage commun et uniforme comprenant un certain nombre de ces produits qui ne peuvent être vendus séparément. Sur une surface de l'emballage commun se trouvent le nombre de produits homogènes, des symboles latéraux permettant d'identifier la marchandise donnée, ainsi que des représentations sous forme de texte et/ou d'images qui ne se rapportent pas à la marchandise ni à ses propriétés de consommation. Cette surface permet d'accroître l'attraction qu'exercent ces produits et d'augmenter ainsi la demande. Les images sur les emballages de la marchandise sont en outre différentes, et leur niveau de différence vise à minimiser les probabilités d'achat, par un consommateur, d'emballages de marchandises qui présentent des images identiques. Ces images ont pour but de susciter des sentiments positifs chez le consommateur et devraient l'attirer de par leur contenu sémantique. Les produits séparés disposés dans un emballage commun peuvent éventuellement être couverts d'enveloppes individuelles comportant des images qui diffèrent et qui ne coïncide pas aux images de l'emballage commun.
