Abstract

L'invention concerne l'emballage de marchandises livrées aux commerces de détail, principalement des produits non alimentaires, emballés individuellement dans les entreprises de fabrication avant leur revente aux consommateurs. Des images sous la forme de textes et/ou reproductions, de nature attirante pour le consommateur, sont placées sur une surface du matériau d'emballage ou sur une surface de l'emballage réalisé dans ce matériau, afin d'améliorer le côté attrayant de telles marchandises et augmenter la demande des consommateurs pour ces marchandises. Les images ne doivent pas être identiques et le degré de différence doit minimiser la possibilité d'achat par un consommateur d'emballages comportant des images identiques sur leur surface. Les textes peuvent être, par exemple, des proverbes, dictons, maximes, voeux, mots d'adieu, fragments d'ouvrages littéraires, les reproductions pouvant être des rébus, images cachées ou puzzles. De telles images devraient provoquer des émotions positives chez le consommateur et attirer celui-ci par leur aspect sémantique.
