Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de formation de repères sur une balle de jeu. Le procédé consiste: (a) à prendre une composition à base d'encre contenant un agent colorant et une résine, la composition à base d'encre pouvant être utilisée dans une imprimante à jet d'encre; (b) à appliquer la composition à base d'encre sous forme de repères sur un support de transfert au moyen d'une imprimante à jet d'encre; et (c) à transférer les repères du support de transfert à la surface d'une balle de jeu. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé de formation de repères sur une balle de jeu, le procédé consistant: (a) à prendre une composition à base d'encre pouvant être utilisée dans une imprimante à jet d'encre; (b) à former une couche de réception de repères sur au moins une partie de la surface de la balle de jeu, la couche de réception de repères contenant une matière favorisant au moins l'absorption, l'adhérence ou la transparence des repères; et (c) à imprimer les repères sur la couche de réception de repères au moyen d'une imprimante à jet d'encre.
