Abstract

La présente invention concerne des molécules d'acide nucléique isolées codant des canaux calciques pancréatiques de type T, ainsi que des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes les renfermant. En outre, cette invention concerne des procédés et des compositions qui modulent l'expression des canaux calciques pancréatiques de type T, notamment l'expression antisens. Par ailleurs, cette invention concerne une protéine de canal calcique pancréatique de type T isolée, ainsi que des anticorps dirigées contre cette protéine.
