Description
Habitation flexible But de l'invention Construire une maison clés en main en moins de 4 heures avec 2 personnes. Une habitation dont la cuisine et la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles après son déploiement.
Description sommaire de l'invention Cette invention est une habitation multifonctionnelle facile et rapide d'installation. Deux personnes peuvent installer l'habitation en moins de 4 heures simplement en tournant les manivelles et l'habitation s'ouvre avec ies unités sanitaires et la cuisine prête à ëtre utilisée. Cette habitation est facile d'installation en quelques heures seulement. La finition des murs, du plafond et le couvre-plancher sont terminés car tout est fabriqué a l'usine avant le départ de l'unité. Les planchers, les murs et le toit sont isolés en panneaux sandwich avec du polysthyréne expansé. Le tout ne comporte pas de ferme de toit, il est autoportant.

Figure 2. Nous voyons l'intérieur du module central sans les panneaux de toit et le panneau du plancher 1 et sans le mur 7 pour une meilleure compréhension du module central. Le module central incorpore des murs fixes afin d'installer la plomberie principale tels que; toilette, bain et évier de cuisine, les armoires de cuisine 23 font partie intégrale du module central. L'entrée électrique principale fait partie du module central. Ä ce module central, nous fixons des charnières 24 sur toute sa longueur entre le panneau 4 et le panneau 5.
Figure 3. Sur cette figure 3, nous commençons par abaisser le plancher 2 et le plancher 1 par un système de manivelles 25 et de câbles. Ces planchers devront être au même niveau que le plancher 3.

Les panneaux de plancher devront ëtre appuyés sur des vérins 26.

Cette charnière 27 est une conception spéciale car les trous ne sont pas de formes rondes mais plutôt de formes allongées 28. Ceci a pour but de faire un dégagement au pivot central 29 de la charnière 18.

Nous pouvons remarquer le module central fixe et les autres panneaux de mur rattachés à ce module par des charnières.

comme à la figure 11 mais avec sa toiture. Nous remarquons que le centre du toit est retenue par une colonne téléscopique 30 afin de faciliter l'installation du premier pignon centrale 31.
Figure 13. Nous voyons le déploiement des murs à 95%. Après son déploiement total, nous fixons les murs et le plancher par des écrous que nous insérons dans les trous 32 du plancher.

Figure 15. Nous installons les pignons 33 et 34 de chaque côté de l'habitation. Voici l'habitation avec tout son déploiement terminé. Brief description of the invention This invention is a quick and easy multifunctional home installation. Of them people can install the home in less than 4 hours simply by turning the cranks and the house opens with the sanitary units and the kitchen ready to be used. This home is easy to install in a few hours only. The finishing of walls, ceiling and floor covering are finished because everything is made in the factory before the unit leaves. The floors, walls and roof are isolated in sandwich panels with expanded polysthyrene. The whole does not include closed roof, it is self-supporting.

Figure 2. We see the interior of the central module without the roof panels and the floor panel 1 and without wall 7 for a better understanding of the central module. The central module incorporates fixed walls in order to install main plumbing such as; toilet, bath and kitchen sink, cabinets 23 are an integral part of the central module. This hinge 27 is a special design because the holes are not shaped round but rather elongated shapes 28. This is intended to make a clearance to the central pivot 29 of the hinge 18.

We can notice the fixed central module and the other panels of wall attached to this module by hinges.

as at the figure 11 but with its roof. We notice that the center of the roof is retained by a telescopic column 30 in order to facilitate the installation of the first central pinion 31.
Figure 13. We see the deployment of the walls at 95%. After its deployment total, we fix the walls and the floor with nuts that we insert into the holes 32 in the floor.
