Abstract

L'invention concerne des séquences d'ADN isolées codant pour l'expression de l'éther benzylique réductase d'alcool déhydrodiconiféryle. Dans d'autres aspects, cette invention concerne des excipients de clonage recombinants réplicables codant pour ladite éther benzylique réductase d'alcool déhydrodiconiféryle, ou pour une séquence de bases suffisamment complémentaire d'au moins une partie de l'ADN ou de l'ARN de cette éther benzylique réductase d'alcool déhydrodiconiféryle, afin de permettre une hybridation avec cet ADN ou cet ARN. Dans une variante, cette invention concerne également des cellules hôtes modifiées ayant été transformées, transfectées, infectées, et/ou injectées par un excipient de clonage recombinant et/ou une séquence d'ADN recombinant codant pour l'éther benzylique réductase d'alcool déhydrodiconiféryle. L'invention concerne donc l'expression recombinante de l'éther benzylique réductase d'alcool déhydrodiconiféryle dans des cellules hôtes, par exemple des cellules végétales.
