Abstract
La présente invention comprend un certain nombre de structures apparentées destinées à des constituants de sonde génique, à des constituants assurant des liaisons multiples et à des constituants de signalisation, qui sont tous modulaires par nature et qui peuvent être utilisés ensemble ou en partiellement. Ces constituants sont en général reliés ensemble dans des structures composites par hybridation de sous-segments complémentaires, appelés lieurs. Les reporteurs de la présente invention sont également prévus pour être accolés dans des réseaux qui peuvent assurer la signalisation amplifiée. Les constituants assurant des liaisons multiples de la présente invention peuvent être intercalés entre la sonde et les unités reporteur et assurer la liaison de plusieurs reporteurs. Ces sondes et ces procédés de signalisation peuvent également comprendre des systèmes qui permettent d'effectuer le marquage à couleurs mixtes qui est spécifique à chaque cible. La présente invention est utile pour détecter des séquences cibles présentes dans une grande diversité de formats comprenant sans limitation aucune, les formats de membrane, les formats in situ et divers formats de puce à substrat solide.
